However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed some mold spots in the bathroom and a few spider webs on the ceiling, which took away from the overall comfort.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, which we really enjoyed.

From the moment we walked through the door the staff were superb: friendly, helpful and efficient. Taxis, restaurant reservations advice- all done promptly with a smile. The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were generous with the staff always courteous and helpful All in all one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

We loved everything, but we would've loved if there would've been a bidet sprayer it would've been really helpful for us, but other than that everything was good.

I recently stayed with my family at The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was a real highlight, with the selection changing each morning so there was always something different to look forward to. The staff were exceptional – warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect too: close enough to easily explore Vienna, yet in a peaceful area for a good night’s rest. We’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The Harmonie is a little bit off the beaten tracks and public transport connections are a little bit less frequent than in the city centre, but it offers very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms with good sound proofing so you can get a good night's rest. The rooms aren't very large, but equipped with all necessary amenities. If you need any toiletries you might have forgotten, the reception is happy to help you out. Magnificently opulent and fresh breakfast with all you can want an more. Very friendly staff. This was our 3rd stay here and we'll sure be back!!

a very good breakfast, a very comfortable room and bed. The location is quite acceptable and easy to reach from the center on foot. The staff is professional, but not all are equally attentive and friendly. However, the hotel is very pleasant and I highly recommend it! the location is quiet and excellent for those who don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the center but close to it.

The staff been so kind , polite and helpful from the start . The place has so much to offer , quiet place to sit and have afternoon tea . A glass of wine in the evening served by the concierge. I find this both pleasant and very relaxing. I have a lot more to see in Vienna. I’ll be coming here again soon.

This was not the first time I stayed in this hotel. I loved it the last time and that was the reason I booked it again. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city centre and where all the typical attractions of Vienna are in. But the tram D runs very frequently (till late in the night) via the main road in front (almost) of the hotel. I liked the location because it is in a very quite street and was close to my working venue. The breakfast menu is well-elaborated and we (my mother and I) enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the facilities that one might require for a short stay. Overall I will be very happy to stay in this hotel when I visit Vienna again.

The room was a bit hot at night. The AC could have been better but that said it didn't bother us too much. This hotel was a real find and it is hard to find any fault with it

The location was excellent, quiet street, very accessible to main attractions. The tram runs from just around the corner. The staff in the hotel were very professional, super helpful and very friendly. They provided great tips about how to navigate the city. This was really helpful especially when you are on a short visit and you are trying to use your time wisely. The staff never made us feel a nuisance for asking how to get somewhere. The hotel was very clean and very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. The room was not very large but not too small either. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. We ate outside which was lovely. The afternoon tea and cake was a nice treat after a day sightseeing. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in lovely Vienna.
