But! The duvet and the room smelled from light amount of cigarette smoke..sad, maybe they store it where smoking indoor is accepted..or the staff is smoking when cleaning the apartment..or just guests are smoking inside, even tho its forbidden...anyway all option is sad, and my nose is very sensitive for cigaterre smoke.

Could be cleaner. Located across the road from the police station so you'll be hearing sirens go off. No blinds on windows, only curtains.

Quite far from city center, but very close to metro station and grocery stores. Provides all the necessary kitchen appliances so you can easily cook at home. Also equipped with dish washer and washing machine.

The church is near, in front of the room. It was a little bit loud in the mornings because of the church bell.

Host Came in 20 minutes earlier than check out time, which was 10:00 and rushed us out. Given that the check out time was pretty early, entering the flat without knocking was not nice

I could hear my kids playing in the house from the ground floor. And we had the apartment on the second floor. So I imagine what a nightmare was for others, especially when crying. Also, they do have a policy to tell them 3 days ago if you require anything extra or the room any earlier, which is difficult if you need a last-minute accommodation.

It is a nice area, close to city centre have close amenities, shops, restaurants. The apartment is spacious.

The bathroom stinked as a sewerage. It was clean, but very-very stinky.

The appartment has a very good location, it was easy to reach. Bus stop was 100 m from the building, U-Bahn 8 mins walk. The appartment was clean.

this is a first time in my quite big traveling experience when cleaning lady opened apartments by her own keys 7 minutes before check out time (while I was finishing in bathroom) and and barked that it's time to go out ... crazy! unpleasant surprised at the end of good journey

The cleaning had missed a couple of details: There was a rather big hole in one of the sheets and there was only one wine glass in the three bed room. Besides that it was nice and clean and rather newly renovated. No A/C, but a fan. No elevator.

A spacious room with cooking facilities and most of the utensils you would expect including a dish washer and a washing machine. Comfortable beds. Calm suburban area with trees outside the window by a church and a playground. 10 minutes walk (800m) from the subway, which takes you to city center in a few minutes.

There was no ventilation in the apartment, only through the windows. The water from the shower drained into the hall. There was no sink in the toilet. The kitchen was small.

The only 'bad' things were the fact that a part of our front door was made of (blur) glass and at night when someone in the corridor passed through (and turned of the light) there was a bit of a light. Also sound insulation wasn't the best but honestly it's really minor, and that didn't bother us that much.

We liked the whole appartment and its conveniences, plus the proximity to public transport. It was really clean and the check-in and check-out were extremely easy.

I would have to say the AC was really missing in the apartment as the temperature was a bit higher, but luckily there was a fan to help us out. Also, the bath tub had some hair strands when we checked in, and some of the neighbors were very loud and let their children run around the hallways late in the night, so if those things were absent, I would mark this as the perfect stay.

The studio apartment was very cozy, but spacious enough for two people. It was very easy to find and access. If you like to walk, it's around an hour from the city center which is not bad, but the bus/tram stops are so close by if you prefer that option! The kitchen had all the necessary things you'd need for a stay there. Also, I have to mention that the bed was so comfortable, as I had some bad experience with the bed quality when booking an apartment abroad, so that's a big plus!

Good location. Tram station is 3min away and it takes 10min to the city center. Tram station is between LIdl and Billa, so everything I needed was very close by. The apartment is very clean. It has a kitchen with enough kitchen equipment, kettle, toaster, coffee mashine, etc., so you can prepare breakfast or even dinner if you like. Pleasant stay for me.

One of the windows had a broken mechanism and could not be opened properly, there could be more toiletries provided. The studio is located near a park and a church and it can get very noisy in the morning and evening with bells dinging loudly and children screaming. The property barely answers requests via the Booking messaging option and I had to contact checkvienna.com via email when I needed an urgent answer and they promptly contacted the property and got back to me in a matter of 1-2h. The lack of AC might be a big issue on very hot days, but this is something commonly encountered in Austria.

Very clean studio, easy to get the keys, comfortable bed, pretty close to the Ottakring underground station and other means of transportation such as tram, and supermarkets.

The apartment was on a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the Ottakring U-bahn/S-bahn station and very accessible to the city centre. The apartment is nicely renovated and has a good facilities for short or longer stay. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The bed is very comfortable
