Good location, close to the bus stop, about 20 minutes to the city center. My apartment had a beautiful view of the church. The apartment was fully equipped, cozy, and clean. It was definitely worth the price.

Stove did not work at all! We called the host, texted them multiple times, recorded videos showing that it cannot be turned on. They said that they will send someone to help us, that person never arrived. For the whole stay of 6 nights we did not get additional coffee, toilet paper or towels.

The hall outside the apartment had a very strong smoke smell (inside was fine though) and the bed linen was a little coarse and uncomfortable.

The apartment is located close to a hospital so we could hear the ambulances during the evening and early in the morning.

The apartment is quite good located with bus and tram station in radious of 100 m... For those who came by car there is nearby garage ( weekly parking fee is 49 euros). The personnel was quite helpful with any question. The kitchen is decent equipt, there is laundry machine also.

It could be more cutlery in the kitchen and hairdryer was missing. I would recommend to do something with boiler because it was a bit noisy. But one can hear it only in the kitchen, not in a bedroom.

The apartment is quiet and well situated. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Wifi connection is very good. The neighborhood is quiet too. Nearby is a Serbian restaurant with special dishes, especially venison.

Barhroom needs improvements, good and clean but old comparing with the rest of the appartment which is modern. The lack of AC/clima, but i think this is an issue on whole Vienna due to old buildings.

Good location very close to Underground station and busses to center and other turistic location from Vienna. Good comunication with the host, we received late check out as per request and quick answers to all our questions. Living room and kitcken were looking good and confortable.

The apartment was pretty big and well equiped. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area and I'd say safe as well. During our stay we arrived by walking from Ottakringer U station after midnight and there was not any problem. We need an iron machine and the staff provided it in less than 30 minutes.

The apartment clearly needs repairs. The plumbing is very old, and there's a leak in the bathroom. One bath towel is clearly not enough, as there's a puddle on the floor after each shower. The coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't have coffee. I asked for a replacement, but it didn't happen. Strangely, for two people staying for three days, there were only 4 coffee capsules. Are we supposed to take turns drinking coffee every other day? The only tea available in the room was chamomile. The towel warmer wasn't working. The check-out before 10:00 am is not also comfortable.

I had an issue going into the apartment at one night because one of the keys(that l had with me) had a broken piece which wasn't noticeable. I called on the hotline and they came as quickly as possible to let me in but l think for future guests all the keys should be checked if they're working or not and not just be put on the table. If it was late at night, maybe they wouldn't be able to come so quickly and l had to wait for who knows how long. It was nice that there were left cleaning products (2 capsules for dishwasher, one capsule for washing machine. Also a sponge and a cloth for cleaning. It would be very useful if there was a washing liquid for dishes or more capsules for the dishwasher because it wasn't enough for 5 nights. The coffee machine was not working in the kitchen even though there were coffee capsules.

The location was good. The apartment was clean and the heating was warm enough. The bed was also comfortable. Useful kitchenette as well. It was nice that they left some tea bags and coffee capsules.

Talking strictly about the accommodation, the minus points were regarding the fact that the bathtub could be improved, looks a little bit sloppy. Also the drain was clogged.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. You have public transportation very close, 2 trams and 1 bus, Subway is at 10 min walking distance. In front of the building there is a small parking lot, but you can park for free only from 22.00 PM to 09.00 AM. From 09.00 AM you need to have a temporary parking ticket ( 5 euro ) for 2 hour. You have a microwave, a toaster, coffee machine with coffee tablets. You have a dishwasher, an electric stove. The apartment is at the 3rd floor but there is elevator which really helps when you carry the luggages.

The bedsheets were not clean, it seemed like they had mold or some kind of dirt on them. The kitchen would've been better equipped, it was not easy to cook using only a few items and it would be nice to have some basic ingredients most apartments have (like salt, oil, etc)

Convinient location, nice balcony, clean rooms and good layout. Really nice view from the windows. The neighborhood was really quiet and it was easy to get in. The tram stop is not far from the apartment.
