The receptionist was so humble friendly and helpful

A very nice location accessible to go to Innsbruck center buy bus and the view is amazing, the rooms also very clean and the breakfast is great a👌and the staffs are very nice 😊

an abandonned hotel, only rooms in shape (and clean and you sleep well) with balconies. swimming pool in basement is empty and not used. no staff on site

The Götzens building was essentially a large annexe to hotel Edelweiss where the manned reception and bar /restaurant was located, so no amenities at Götzens. No information on Booking.Com or signage at the annexe to explain this to guests. However this was an inconvenience only and has not affected out rating of the hotel, our stay was good value for money.

The property was clean and cosy and perfectly acceptable for the price

The property I stayed in was not the main hotel but a secondary hotel 5 mins walk away from the main. There was no reception or bar area in the hotel I stayed in. Sadly despite being a cosy room there was absolutely no sound insulation so you could hear everything around, doors closing, people talking etc.

We have stayed here in July for one night Inn our Euró Trip from England. After making a booking we did not realise we have got an e-mail from the place that we should Check in into this hotel in an other hotels reception! When we arrived there was nobody Around ( then we realised the situation) it is a Tipical ski holiday hotel! When I was skiing from 1987 onwards I saw the same furnitures And bathroom which now is very dated but Everything was functional , did not make a fuss as brought back lovely childhood memories! The neighbours next door were very noise but after knocking on their door they turned the music off. Had a good night sleep. In the Morning we needed to go to the other hotel for breakfast which was avarage, the foreign waiters did not seem to be interested just Wanted to finish barely spoke german or english I think. Reception staff on Check in was extremely helpful, recommended a pizza place as we arrived late , Check out was also good but the hotel we have stayed in had no reception , bar, restaurant just a room! Cleanliness was good but Being “abandoned” reminded me to Shining!!! 🤣 adacvate stay though

There was a dead moth on the bed. The sheets had holes and the breakfast was kind of empty. It didn't have any good taste.

Limited reception hours

Clubhotel Götzens is a subsidiary of the nearby Hotel Edelweiss and they handle everything. Check-in was easy as they left the keys in an envelope by the entrance. The inclusive breakfast and swim in the cool pool at Hotel Edelweiss were a benefit.

We rented two rooms. They weren't that modern but the beds were fine. The whole place had a forgotten feeling. One of our bathrooms was missing the curtain that would normally grant you privacy from the neighboring block of flats. However at 8am, two hours before check out the two cleaners let themselves into both of our rooms, startling us but then apologizing, it would help if they either knocked or knew not to go into rooms that are occupied.

Having to walk 100m outside to have dinner & breakfast. Rubbish on the roof below balcony.

Hearty breakfast in main hotel building.

No wifi in the room/2nd floor. Reported, was told router likely needed to be reset but that only happened next morning.
