Good sized shower cubicle and nice hot water pressure, nice bay window overlooking the shopping street, very clean and tidy breakfast room, very kind and pleasant staff.

Far from the central area - 30 minute walk, toilet seat was too high, so was the bathroom sink, old fashioned door key system, needed 3 keys to access the room after 9pm, noisy in the street late at night if left window open, breakfast was just about adequate, construction outside the hotel.

The hotel is tiny, it’s basically a reception room, breakfast room and a small number of bedrooms in a building shared with other businesses.

nice hotel in the one of best neighborhoods in Vienna. Easy check in and check out. The hotel offered parking nearby with a great discount. subway was next block, very easy to get around the city.

Toilet needed some repair. Shower head needed repair. It was an adventure when taking a shower Pillows were very tired.

The room was lovely and the aircon very needed! Beds were comfortable. The location was good.

The corridors could do with a bit of an upgrade and the balcony needed the old renovating materials cleared away

Incredibly convenient location. Metro station right in the front of the hotel. Also it's a great shopping street, you can find anything. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not completely insulated

The staff members who worked there were friendly and nice.

Breakfast selection wasn't a lot and most food was bought from Lidl. For €18 I expected more and not a lot of hot food selection. The hot drinks had to be made by the receptionist. The room has a dirty sock under our bed when we arrived. We didn't know until the kids told us they were playing and the sock was still there. The toilet smelt like a public toilet, not clean enough. The shower would suddenly turn hot or cold depending on who is using the tap in the sink or from next door.

Rooms are not as spacious as they look in the pictures. Doesn’t have any USB ports as a recent refurbished property would be expected to have
