The wifi is slow. The tv channels has 2 English channels,CNN and BBC.There are no other channels to choose from.Hope they will add more English channels.

The place is near the shopping centre. It is near the U-Bahn transport Very clean. The receptionist is nice and helpful.

Hotel looks a little bit outdated. I was given 3 keys at check-in: one for the main door, one for the hallway door and another one for my room. So I had to carry them with me all the time and manually open every door. I expected a more modern solution (e.g. card, chip) to open doors. Also, the room had a window looking into the stairs hallway (so basically no view) and it was quite nosy at times when guests were coming and going. No option to regulate heating temperature in the room (it was a little bit cold for me).

Good location, literally on the main street and just a few steps from the metro station. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Overall, it's ok choice for 1-2 nights.

Only minor things...There was no free coffee or tea in the room, and no conditioner. They have a coffee pod machine but asked for $2 euro a pod!

Room key is a classic key, not a card type. I can bring it with me hotel outside but a little bit heavy.

Room and bathroom are beautiful, wide and clean. Shower is hot with high pressure in a wide shower booth. Refrigerator is also available!

Entering the hotel was unusual. We had to pass three doors to go to our room. There was a lot of noise on the first day.

It's out of the hotel's control, but there are big roadworks happening just outside. They started at 6am and meant for a very early wake up. I could imagine on a weekend it may be noisy as it's on the main road. Would have liked just a kettle and tea options as there is on a coffee machine which you have to pay for and no milk. The corridors can be noisy at night.

Great room. Very comfortable. Located just In front of the Zoo if that is of interest to you and also less than 10 minutes walk the the market Street which I would recommend. There are lifts at the hotel too so stairs are not an obstacle.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is exceptionally convenient. I took advantage of the useful and good value laundry service, and having decided to extend my stay the hotel transferred me to a second, also satisfactory room. Overall excellent standards throughout.

Due to its central location the area around the hotel can be noisy at night, as there were a couple of non-aggressive homeless people who congregated in the alley next to the hotel. Also, my room was next to reception.

Staff were friendly, the laundry facility was very good value and a real help as I had been travelling for some time, and the hotel is really centrally located.

you have to pay 2-3 euros to use coffee capsules in your room, was a bit strange for me.

The location is very good. Lots of cafes, shops around. The hotel occupies one level in a building, has some 10-12 rooms. Quiet, clean, the reception was friendly. Value for money.

There are some homeless(?) people downstairs who made a lot of noise at night. Closing the windows helped a bit, but not completely. Noise of other guests from the hall can also be heard (closing doors etc.) The WiFi signal was weak in my room (the stronger one rejected the provided password).
