Great location being on several bus routes. Close to the main train station. Helpful staff via message. No need for keys.

The lack of a reception is an issue. We only experienced a small problem as the safe wasn't working. WhatsApping the AI bot is pointless. It took two attempts with the café staff (this shouldn't be part of their remit) and another email to sort it. All is done remotely which is fine as long as everything works well. Lehen (the part of town) itself is a little seedy and rundown. We didn't feel threatened but it's certainly the less savoury part of Salzburg. Having said that, public transport connections are excellent, and the walk to town along the river (20 mins max) is very pleasant leasant. 15 minutes walk from the station.

The room was spacious and cleverly designed. Comfy bed. The air conditioning was working perfectly and is a must for Salzburg in August. Our room faced a very busy road but the noise was hardly noticeable. Staff in the café are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is a great redesign of what must have been an old block of council flats. It's a 10 minute walk away from the Augustiner Bräu in Mülln.

Parking was quite far from the hotel.

The room was quite small for 3 pax. Self check-in was comfortable. They have luggage storage and lounge if you arrive early. Host was attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect and easy access to public transports, stores and restaurants.

It is an automated hotel. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. Altsdadt also easily reachable by bus. The morning buffet is good.

The response time of the hotel staff is long, not like most hotels with almost 24 staff to contact.

Some lights were not working.

It was easy to find. Everything was good explained in advance in email and WhatsApp chat how to get into the room with the codes. The bed was phantastic- i slept so good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so nice.

Not a big problem, just be aware the hotel is not in the most exciting part of town but with easy city access on foot or by public transport.

The road directly out front of the hotel will project a lot of traffic noise so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Well appointed room at the end of a quiet corridor in the hotel. Check in was easy and if you arrive early you can store your luggage in their luggage room. Good launch point to see Salzburg without being in the touristy area.

Mainly a problem of price - like everywhere in Salzburg but clearly no exception here. Given the absence of actual reception and without breakfast, the price was simply too high for a hotel that is not really central and a room that it not really big. To me, this was 10-20% too expensive - might as well go more central and historical then.

Cute, nice style, the two guys working at breakfast time were lovely. Storage room and bikes available. Comfy beds.

Location is still quite far from the old town (~30 min walk) facing the noisy road, reception staff is available only in the mornings, no fridge in the room, parking is ~10 min away and quite expensive (~20e).

Friendly staff, nice backyard, relatively new and clean, good Whatsapp AI assisted support.

There is no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in room or lounge and no small fridge in rooms, although it was cold enough for us to leave drinks on the balcony. The same music playing in the lift was annoying!

Handy location with a flat walk along river into city centre. Some restaurants close by and transport at the door. Comfortable rooms and beds and a lift to all floors. The cafe downstairs is handy for breakfast and there is a lounge downstairs that is good for a group to meet up.
