We got a problem with a dishwasher and there was no support for us. We call the stuff, so they told us write an email, but we never got an any answer. We had to google what was exactly the problem. The second problem are the towels, we have only one set for all week and there was no laundry in the building.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Sufficient for breakfast & lunches but could be improved with Small things especially when fully self catering. Eg Measuring jug, serving spoon would have been useful. Toaster or oven ideal. Couldn't use TV in livingroom as would not accept our UK Netflix code.

Easy walk in to Seefeld. Very comfortable beds. Good ventilation. Abundant hot water and excellent shower.

Could be more clean. Towels were very small. No mirror to see while dressing, accept bathroom. Provided Facilities and ammnities should be mentioned clearly as a list. Like if there is towel, toilet paper, shampoo etc.

Only one tiny thing for the layout, it would have been good to have another chair to relax on in the set but not essential. Also the internet was limited in reach to a Couple of points within the apartment while we were there.

It was perfect for our group of 4. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. With a good view of the mountains. One of the 3 bedrooms was small but still a double , fine for my 18 year old son though. Decorated in a modern way and had everything we needed.

The apartment was clean and there was room enough for our family with three kids and a big dog. The kitchen is we’d equipped. I liked the surroundings, only short walk to the centre and also the lake was near. We didn’t meet the staff at all (there was self check in and out), but everything went easily.

Cleanliness could be improved. In the kitchen, there were still some bread crumps, hairs in the shower, the drawers in the bath room where not cleaned.

Central, spacious apartment with small garden. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. I had a question regarding the registration, the friendly staff was able to quickly help me. Access to the apartment was well explained, tourist cards were automatically sent.
