Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For the price and outside look of the hotel, I was expecting a "wuou" effect in the room and views. The room view was to the inside square of the building, and it was not nice at all, pretty ugly for the "glamorous" feeling he hotel try to bring.

No kettle provided but we were able to get one by asking at reception
Location by river was excellent with shops and restaurants just across bridge as well as restaurants and cafes on the side of hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was good.

We were hoping for a room with river view. Unfortunately, that did not happen, we only had a view of the interior yard. The room also felt a bit small for a 4-star hotel, but I guess that is why it's called an "economy" room. A bit expensive for what the hotel offers, but I guess the location is where you pay the most.
We had a great stay at Hotel Weitzer. The location is perfect, right on the river and just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town and main sights. Our room was comfortable and stylish, and the whole hotel has a nice blend of tradition and modern touches. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff were welcoming and professional.

Though the bathroom was spacious, but the water in shower couldn't stay the same temperature, it went from the warm to lukewarm even cold. The bed, even we are not big people, with a co-sleeping baby we did ask for the large double bed, but it seemed we got the smaller option and so we were a bit crammed there for a night. Otherwise, great place to stay a night or two.
We stayed in Economy room. The room was spacious, with even more spacious bathroom. The greatest advantage was the location, by the river, very close to the centre. We didn't go for breakfast at the hotel, cause there are plenty options to eat around the hotel. However, we did use their restaurant for dinner as it was very rainy evening in Gratz. The restaurant was full for that evening but the staff was very helpful to navigate us and get us the take away dinner, which we ate in our room. The dinner itself was delicious :)

It's super old and out of date. Nice entrance, but the towels are threadbare and the rooms are hall ways are very rough. This might, though I don't know, be typical of accommodation here. If I booked this in Vienna I'd be furious.
Location, but Graz is pretty small, as long as you're near the river or old town that's fine.

The location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spatious. The check-in & check-out went very smoothly. Nice and professional stuff. You could buy the amenities (such as shower cap, dental kit etc.) in the vending machine downstairs, but for this price it should be included in the room price and provided in the room.

Old building that’s been superficially renovated but the floors, doors, bathrooms etc are all tired. Woken at 6am by the very loud footsteps on the floor above, for example.
Rooftop sauna was incredible. Nice lobby bar and great location.

The smart TV was not working - we couldn't watch Netflix. Not a big deal but would have made the experience better.

The hotel was overpriced and not good value for money. The room did not match the description — we expected two double beds, but received one bed and a sofa bed instead.
Excellent customer service — the staff gave a wonderful breakfast recommendation. The location is also perfect, within walking distance of the city centre.

Breakfast room was very crowded and part of it was not used. Additionally the fact that you have to pay for parking, though at the discount.
Wellcome at the reception and checking in as well as checking out process was very smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The view was stunning.
