Perfect location with metro just on the door and one step to the opera House. Easy to move around on foot or by metro. The room was larger than expected, clean and comfy The only cons is the toilet separated from the main bathroom. Kitchenette was supplied with dishwasher! and fridge. The hotel supply complimentary water •coffee and beer. Staff was always kind. Excellent.

I didn’t like the shortage of towels and the poor quality of the ones that were provided. I didn’t like the amount of dust under the bed. I didn’t like the limited and poor selection of soaps offered in the bathroom.

I loved the location. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and especially appreciated the dining room staff — they were simply amazing. The room was very spacious, but unfortunately, it lacked additional seating like an extra armchair or a chair, which would have made it more comfortable.

The rooms and the furnitures are quite old and need an upgrade. Bedroom is small and the couple have to squeeze themselves in. No coffee machine in the room. You need to move off lobby and take few steps to get to a very small old and slow elevator. Room entry is with keys as opposed to contact cards

One of our rooms was on the 5th floor. It felt darker and dated with less open space.

Location, Staff, Space. The location is near the old town as well as the museum district. It's a few steps from several U lines. and trams There are several good restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. We especially liked the 2 beers and sparkling water provided by the hotel. Thank you very much. Our party booked 4 rooms. The staff tried hard to keep us together. 2 of our rooms were connected. The children had so much fun in the connected rooms.

This may not bother everyone but the curtains don’t close fully which means it got very bright very early and we’d were up around 5.30am everyday. Also, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that someone else also mentioned. We had already unpacked all our things so didn’t want to move room but maybe he should have pointed it out and changed the room.

We stayed in 6 hotels on this Europe trip and Living Hotel was our best experience, hands down. David, at the reception, was extremely helpful from the start. Some people have said that the furniture is dated but we felt it added to the atmosphere and experience. We didn’t mind it. The room was big, clean and there was not a single thing that wasn’t thought about - from a shoehorn to a magnifying mirror, everything was meticulously arranged. It was hot outside so we really appreciated the AC. We want to visit Vienna again and know where we want to stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Omaar from the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very centrally located. That’s a huge plus point.Rooms are huge and beautiful giving the royal feeling but washrooms are slightly dated which can be renovated

The location is excellent—just one block from the Wiener Staatsoper and very close to the Wiener Konzerthaus, the Musikverein, and other important landmarks such as the Hofburg Palace. The apartment is very spacious, with a beautiful view of Karlsplatz and the Karlskirche. The staff deserves special mention—everyone, including the front-desk team (especially Patricia, who speaks Spanish!), the maintenance crew, and the hotel manager, was exceptionally kind and always ready to help when needed.
