Would have liked shower head on brackets. I am aware of your reasoning for this, but I don't believe I would use more water just because the shower head is on brackets. The water wasn't very warm in the evenings, better to shower in the morning. Hair dryer useless. I have quite long hair took so long to dry my hair with it that I didn't bother using it

Location brilliant for transport, shops and restaurants. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained, loved the decor and facilities outside. Guest kitchen with good facilities.

It was my second time staying in this hostel and last time they had error with beds (meaning that someone else came to room and told that they have the same bed as me), this time it happened again (fortunately this time didn’t need to change the room). Would be nice if you fixed this problem

Much noisy in the nights

1) There was no switch close to my bed. All of them were in the other side of the room so I couldn’t charge my phone during the night. 2) Some of the staff were a little rude; 3) There was no place to hold the shower while showering, we have to hold it and it makes showering more complicated.

The place was very comfortable and the environment was very friendly. I really enjoyed the bar and the receptionist that helped me was very supportive.

- Some areas were only accessible if you paid more. For instance, at any time in the day, you can only sit at the tables next to the bar if you are ordering drinks. This makes no sense as there are many people working on their laptops in need of a table. If we've already paid for the hostel we should be able to make use of its spaces. - Don't expect this to be a travellers hostel, there are many people staying here for long periods of time. As a female solo traveller I had some uncomfortable encounters with men in this hostel. The staff were, however, very helpful and changed me to another room. - Not the best hostel if you're a light sleeper, although they provide free earplugs.

The building has thin walls and doors, although the only time when it was a problem was at 7 am when a bunch of little kids started running screaming and playing through the building very loudly.

The room was clean and ready for check-in on time. There is a luggage room available where you can store luggage safely in case you arrive early.

I enjoyed my stay generally at The Do Stay Hostel I found staff generally quite helpful and made some great friends at the hostel. I like that there were cooking facilities available at the hostel. The hostel was in a great location as it was central to many of the touristic attractions of Vienna.

The only downside of the Inn was the smell in the corridor. Luckily it wasn't present in our room, but the corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes.

For the price, the room was spotless and quiet. The beds were also quite comfortable. As the Inn is not even 5 min away from the Westbahnhof, its location is ideal to travel around.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, someone turned the heating up to maximum, so the room smelled like burning and felt like a sauna when we entered. After turning the heating down and opening the windows, it got bearable, but the smell lingered for a while.

Quick and uncomplicated check-in. The location is perfect for any trip to the city, public transport etc close by. The room is anything but huge, but it serves the purpose for a weekend trip just fine.

The dinning, the kitchen and other common areas are quite nice and you'll find anything you need to cook. The lockers are big enough
