Cleaning service never refill the soap nor other amenities like cotton balls etc. Service in the breakfast not so good, I feel being Asian, they're not as attentive as towards Western guests and we stayed there 5nights to know the difference. We probably were the only long staying guests during the week.

Location, room is rather small, especially the shower part, it's a bath tub covered with glass. Breakfast is good.

Very clean, comfy, quiet. 15 min walk from city center, we pretty much only walked except to go to schonbrun. Very good breakfast (French would notice the lack of croissant though)

A good value hotel, in a good location and with good service. The breakfasts are delicious and of high quality, the restaurant was also pleasant. The staff is very kind and most importantly - not annoying! Very clean. The hotel has history, and this adds a pleasant feeling. It's very quiet at night.

We really liked this hotel. Our room and the breakfast were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere at the hotel was lovely, the interior desing was beautiful and had a lot of well thought details in it. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Would stay again, definitely worth the money!

Great little hotel, very quiet, clean. Nice breakfast and good restaurant on premises. Staff is friendly and helpful and one block to tram stop and 3 minute walk to underground. So convenient to everything!

Though the AC system was nicely simplistic, I found the room quite warm during the night (in spite of turning it up as high as possible).

The location was close enough to the city centre that it was an easy walk/tram ride yet the room was also quiet; it didn’t feel like a busy inner city thankfully! The breakfast buffet is wonderful, as are the kitchen staff. My room was always perfectly clean when I came back in the evenings. The hotel restaurant is definitely worth a visit, especially on your first night!

We cannot say anything negative about this historical hotel. Very steeped in history itself as it the country.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff going out of their way to help answer questions and make bookings with other travel venues.. The breakfast staff and all others were always friendly as well.

Great hotel with a historical flair, rooms are a bit old-style, but very comfortable and clean. I recommend the restaurant in the hotel also for dinner, not just for breakfast that was delicious. The location is very good - not noisy, but the tram stop is directly in front of the hotel, the metro is also quite close.

The hotel is close to the train station (20 minutes walk), close to the city centre (around 20 minutes walk) and just opposite the main building of TU Wien, so location-wise, it was perfect. Breakfast was good, and the room was spacious.

Everything was great, from the great start with Yulia at reception till our check out. Breakfasts were superb, everything we like. Maybe for someone it will be lack of variety, but for us not. The location is great as you can get to the Opera within 15 minutes or take a tram and be there in 5 min. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was in general nice, but not extra nice. Breakfast was abundant, but could have been a bit more choices. Only one elevator available, but it's the constraint of an old building.

Nice, old style hotel at good location and nice staff. The rooms were spacious, had all the necessary amenities, including coffee. The room had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and silence at nights. The stay was generally nice.
