The wifi internet was bad. No internet connection in our room on the ground floor.

Good size room, good private bathroom, secure parking, petrol station opposite the hotel entrance, food store Hoffer just 10 minutes away by walk, good location, polite staff.

Description said free WiFi throughout, but only available in reception area, it certainly didn't stretch to room 228! Small, basic and very tired room.

Cheap and near the motorway. Self service check in worked well.

Although the room as a whole was quite clean we had to kill about 4 big spiders upon arrival. The bedsheets had some spots which looked like bed bugs were present but upon inspection it seemed fine. Didn’t rest all that well because of that. The room was also quite hot as there is no air conditioning but a fan was provided.

Accessible location by the highway good for one night. Staff was still there to help us check in even though we arrived late.

Missing info on the charging station for electric cars. We arrived late in the night and wanted to charge. But you need to have an account on that spescific provider. If I do was Provided you could prepare it. But now we were not able to use it.

There was no air conditioning in the room so when we arrived it felt like it was 50C° inside. So we had to open windows wide open and since it’s close to the highway it’s a lot of noise. So we ventilated for 20mins and luckily the room was equipped with a fan. And the pillows are hard as rocks

We appreciate the customer service and that there was no problem that we arrived late (01:30 on Sunday) there was no problem to get the keycard from the automatic key box outside the entrance.

I paid beforehand but this did not come through to the self check in. After a call to the number it was sorted. The bathroom could've been cleaner.

Shower cabin door is way to small and might be uncomfortable for grown people.

Close to highway if you travel. 24 hour shop with ⛽️petrol station is next door.

Noisy environment, but it's not so bad and the overall experience is worth it. (Tip - ask for a room with windows to the yard, not to the road)

Check in was possible to make in late hours, wifi in the room (not as good connection though), the lowest price in area - perfect for one day stay.

Easy late night checking. Plus the manager, Chris was welcoming the next day. He was very informative and very helpful as I didn't speak any German. I was very impressed with how friendly and happy to help me out with a couple of issues I had with the wifi and navigated where to look for things and places to go. I will definitely be coming back as my daughter was getting married whilst I stayed at the Amedia. Surprised as it's a Budget Hotel.

I had to call customer service because I was supposed to pay through booking and I did. When I was checking in the booking was not processed and I had to pay again and it was a higher price then on booking. Couple days after I was refunded the booking money. I called the customer service and the lady who answered was very rude she even laughed at the end of the conversation.
