The quality of the stay and its proximity to the city center at the price we got was something unbelievable. Checking in was smooth and flexible, the house itself beautifully arranged with a private terrace balcony. Spacious and grand. Our stay in Vienna was more special because of the stay.

The kitchen is very well equipped. It will be perfect if some basic stocking up of coffee and tea sachets with sugar and salt can be provided as a starter.

The otel was big and clean.

Great location and the appointment is very nice.

Did not have reliable hot water. Was told because of the heat wave, the boiler has an automatic protection shutoff. If it wasn't for this, my rating would have been 9

Very good, convenient location. Underground parking nearby, museums, main attractions are nearby or within walking distance. Shopping street with desirable brands is nearby, as well as Billa and Spar. If the main priority is location - highly recommend it.

The apartment itself is ok. Everything seems to be as it is. But the apartment is dark, all the windows face a really narrow courtyard. There is also a lottery on which floor your apartment will be - as I understand it, the whole house is rented apartments and you don't know which one you will get exactly. We were there for the second time and got an apartment on the first floor - a dark, depressing experience. The host greets you dryly, technically and briefly - only the most necessary information, there is no time for any details. Perhaps the most annoying thing is the toilet. Some kind of ancient toilet construction and a constant bad smell in the toilet.

The room was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious and just very pretty. It was in walking distance to many museums and the Market. We really loved staying there. An extra bonus was they provided 2 fans for sleeping at night since we were there in the summer :)

The location is the best, very nice surrounding, many attractions within couple blocks. The property is very clean. Balcony is nice at sunset.

It’d be nice to have dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent for the washer. But that is pretty minor since there is a grocery store down the road.

Easily done, press the level or doorbell to call the owner of the property, he/she will meet you at the front door to bring you up. Easy process overall, simple and quick

Everything was well, only there was not really a place or anything I could hang my clothes after doing laundry to dry them, there were a few hooks to hang around in the house, but not enough if staying for a week or with a larger family. But it can be overcome by taking turns to wash and dry.

It was a very nice apartment. There was a modern elevator at the property. The rooms were clean and adequately appointed. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but that was not an issue during our stay as the weather was mild. The windows allowed for adequate ventilation while we were there. Although our party was made up of all adults, the apartment had a crib and bunk beds which would make it a good place for a family with children. It is in an excellent location and close to the museums.

The location is superb, you can reach Stephansplatz in about 15 minutes, Mariahilferstraße is opposite. On the ground floor you will find a very well-stocked Spar supermarket. The apartment has pretty much everything you would need for a few days (espresso, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron), the kitchen is very well equipped, the air conditioning is functional. I recommend it to those who want a central location.

What bothered us quite a bit was the fact that the linens in the 2 bedrooms were not ironed. They were clean, but I think it is not such a big effort to iron them (for how much the accommodation costs, I think it is possible). Be very careful about parking - it is not 20 euros/day as it says in the description of the location. We parked in the Museumsquartier parking lot where we paid 36 euros/approx. 14 hours, more precisely 2.5 euros/hour.

Great location, spacious apartment, terrace option. Overall very good.

The pillow cases are clean, but pillows are not. They did not smell clean.

Big rooms with a nice view of the city on top floor. Aircon that works in the living/ dining room with extra wc toilet same floor.Lots of cabinets. Good kitchen, spacious dining area and living room with big windows.. Elevator right to our top apartment. Good location. SPAR grocery store a hundred meter nearby. Walking distance to food court small restaurants and bar.

The aircons did not cool enough the bedrooms upstairs. We opened some windows. It was good it wasnt so hot outside yet at 27⁰C. We missed extra small handtowels as we only received one regular towels each. Only one bathroom with shower area and a bathtub and wc upstairs. The coffeemaker did not work.

The location is great, right in the museums Quarter and Mariahilf suburb. Check in and out were easy.

There was a smell from one of the drains in the bathroom emitting unregularly but several times a day.

Fantastic location, grocery store downstairs with a dine in or take away option. Needed signage on front door or a larger Hotspot sign somewhere.
