The location is perfect, walking distance from the old city and attractions. The hotel is comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They let me have my room sooner, as I arrived a few hours before check-in time. It was a great relief after a long trip.

Great location to the train station but a tad far from the Christmas markets (if that is what you're going to see).

The single room was perfect for one person. Plenty of space, very clean and comfy. Hotel was quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was a little expensive for breakfast (18 Euros each), but still served well and good quality. I suppose that's inflation everywhere though. You can still eat a lot!!

Great location, very clean and quiet. Beautiful library and “honesty” bar to unwind and relax with a beverage. Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast. I am an older traveler and found hauling my wheeled suitcase up the entry stairs a challenge. Once in, there is an elevator to the upstairs rooms

Breakfast had a nice selection of things, including fresh cakes. It was not included in my reservation, so I paid for it separately. At the time I stayed there, it was 20 euros, which was a little high. If you have a lot for breakfast, it may be worth it, but if you just want something small, there’s other options nearby (e.g., a bakery a couple hundred meters away).

Good location if you’re traveling to/from Salzburg via train as it’s about a 10-minute, easy walk from the station and about the same distance to the old town center. It’s also near the Mirabell palace and gardens, which are great to take a walk through in the morning. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, giving great suggestions on places to visit. There’s a nice lounge with tea and coffee and bar area that were comfortable and nice to enjoy at the the end of the day. There’s also a little garden, but I didn’t have a chance to really use it. The single room was comfortable, a little small but true to pictures. No A/C but when I was there (mid-September) an open window was all that was needed.

The location is great, you have everything easy to find to stroll and easy to go by walk the old city, including the sightseeing tour bus. The breakfast is fine and the waitress are awesome to ask you what do you want to eat. The room can improve a little bit more like to have two pillows instead of one to sleep very well but if you want to stay two or three nights is ok.
