Staff could not do enough for you, location was beautiful and access and frequency of buses great. Breakfast was the best buffet I’ve ever had and pool and spa area clean and relaxing. Restaurants food was excellent quality.

While the breakfast spread was excellent. We had one dinner there with food that was only slightly better than average. The ambience was also very average, being seated in a small, stuffy room. The waiter’s service bordered on the surly though the other staff was friendlier.

We stayed in the older building (garden)- the a/c was weak and we had to leave it on all day to return to cool room (July). In the bathroom the liquid soap is on the far end not accessible from the left sink, the body conditioner is inside the shower instead of outside, no sink in the toilet room.

Hugh room (superior), beautiful old style hotel, very good breakfast , not crowded, great balcony, hugh cool underground garage. We asked for kettle and cups for the room and received immediately. Easy access to Salzburg with car.

The toilet should be inside the bathroom, not in a separate room. In order to wash your hand immediately after use.

There is no spa that includes massage treatments. They can invite a specialist from outside though, but there is no spa menu.

Great location, just a 10-min drive from the center of Salzburg. We wanted to avoid city hotels and this venue felt just right - quiet like in a village but close to the center if needed.

When booking, I assumed that the hotel was closer to the city. The Taxi rides from Salzburg to the hotel and back and again for changing to the formal dress for the festivities was very time consuming. Unfortunately you cannot change your location (which is beautiful for people who just enjoy the summer and the landscape)

The gym is too warm and the equipment partly don't work. The language at machine is not in English so I don't understand what is on the screen. Please make at least a large fan available ;)

I sent request at the booking for provided connected or neighbouring rooms. They did not answered and did not provided. It was a vey unpleasant start of our staying. The temperature of the room was uncomfortable high especially for sleeping. There is not any way to regulate it except of keeping the window opened.

Exclusive and demanding interior of the hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent food quality and assortment.
