The property was very well appointed and spacious. In a lovely quiet area with an amazing view of Karlskirche. Christoph was a warm and welcoming host. We had everything we needed to make a wonderful Xmas dinner.

Perhaps a smart TV would enhance things

Spacious and very clean apartment

Very spacious, huge beds, clean and great location (next to church and grocery store) with great view. Newly renovated, big kitchen with all appliances. Nice and helpful host. We were six people but it would easily fit 8 people with 1-2 kids in the four bedrooms.

Felt a little bit empty, not much decoration (it is also newly renovated). All of the lights were florescent white so not much ambiance. We only had one set of keys and the elevator needs a key to work, so slightly inconvenient if you are a large group who want some independence from each other.

Would have benefited from some mirrors in the bedrooms & more mugs & glasses but overall a v enjoyable stay

We liked everything

Spacious apartment, central location, very clean and has all you need for a family. Gerda was very helpful, she arranged the taxi back to the airport and let us to keep our luggage after check-put.

It was really excellent, a clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment located in a good place. The host was very nice, answered all the questions and guided us further.

Amazing space with just about everything we needed - even a computer was available for free use. All was clean and comfortable. Gerta was delightful and very helpful with orienting us to the space and even helping us with some recommendations and ways to get around town. The apartment came with materials about what to do in Vienna and a clear guide to the apartment space. Walking distance to inner city, but expect sore feet after a full day of walking around - but it is still very accessible to the city and right next to Karlskirche, which is amazing. We would definitely stay with Gasser apartments again!!

There was little to complain about here. We were offered additional towels which *we* declined, but then realized later would have been handy. We knew we could have reached out to ask for this if it had been a serious need, but it was just a mild inconvenience. My only suggestion might thus be to go ahead and leave spare towels. All else was just lovely. We were so pleased.

1 bathroom had a tub, not so useful to us on a vacation.

It was easy to contact the host, she came immediately when we arrived and gave us good advises for restaurants and parking. The apartment is spacious and the location is superb. You can see the Karlskirche through the bedroom window. It's up to date. Most of Vienna's places of interest are within walking distance. The street is quiet though. We really loved our stay

Considering the price we had expected more comfort and ambience. There are no comfortable seats, the sofa's in the living room are sofa beds, not made to sit on. So I watched TV on my laptop in bed. The design and furniture are basic and grey. We stayed 5 days and had to ask for clean towels. There was no washing machine. It is okay, but obviously designed for larger groups, not for a couple.

Location was perfect! Apartment was beautiful and spacious! Hosts were wonderful!

Huge apartment with 3 bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and even a balcony terrace. Kitchen had everything you could want - like a home away from home. The owner was so engaging and helpful - he spent almost an hour with us talking about the city sights, public transportation, showing us maps, etc. We loved the location - 3 blocks walk to Naschtmarket , easy walk to the city center and the main sights. Karlsplatz metro station is just around the corner; used that to go to Schonbrunn and the port for a Danube river cruise.

A bit pricier than other apartments we stayed in, but worth it!
