The only thing that we didn’t like were the flies which seemed to buzz around the breakfast items and the windows in the mornings.

The restaurant staff were very hospitable remembering what we liked from the first day such as latte macchiatos for breakfast and set up our taxi for when we had to leave. So nice!!!

Would have liked a coffee shop in the village.

Location was absolutely perfect for Conny's ski shop hire. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and plentiful. Everything was easy. Lovely places to choose to eat at night. The ski bus stopped outside the property and came frequently. Ideal location for the whole village ammenities.

You have to take a bus to get to the lift. It's very short and these run regularly (every 10 mins), but the lift home was more troublesome. On one of the days the bus driver refused to let a group of skiers on at 5.13pm, buses before this time were all fine. Could be a communication error (but it was locals speaking to him..), or could be that they only take skiers before this time. The hotel did give us bus passes - so it's possible the others speaking to the driver did not have these, and so the driver decided no one did and just drove off. We ended up getting in a taxi with some of the others, so it all worked out.

Rooms were great - large and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resturant was also fantastic and we ate in there every evening - the food was very high standard.

Everything was great.

The staff were fantastic. Everyone went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The position is right in town. Our room was warm & kept clean every day. The buffet breakfast was more than enough. Fresh food & delicious coffee. Thank you to Christine.

The room was very neat and clean. All that you need for the ski stay. Also very warm despite cold weather outside. Staff is very nice and understanding.

We where a bit disappointed in not having breakfast in the old hotel but in a Pizza parla, breakfast was really good but could of done with some local museli .

everything was really great, we arrived by bike and they quickly accommodated us. The dinning room is really authentic and has loads of atmosphere. Loved the village.

Cute and clean room in a traditional Austrian chalet! We loved our night in Albach, after a busy few days we were keen for a quiet night in a small Austrian village and this place did not disappoint. The very friendly British lady (sorry I can’t remember your name) who checked us in looked after us well recommending walks, chatting to us over dinner and in the pub and even getting her partner to help us plan our drive routes for the following days. The restaurant and pub onsite were fab! The snitchel was delicious and my partner enjoyed watching the RWC with locals over a few beers. 10/10 would come back.

It's right next to the church. If you have a child who sleeps very early, the bell might be a bit disturbing.

A lady who came to clean our room in the morning before we left knocked on the door at 8.50 am and then let herself in straightaway . A lady then came back again at 10.20 am and let herself in the room again ! We felt under pressure to leave our room as they were waiting outside to clean it .
