Room was not as spacious as it appeared on the photos.

Eventhough apartment was bit away from city center (40 minutes walking distance) it was well connected with a bus station right outside. Room was clean, warm and nicely decorated.

The one thing I could not find on the website was directions from the airport by public transport. It's dead simple - bus #2 (or, indeed, a roughly 25 minute walk) - adding that would be helpful. The check-in machine was temperamental. It worked about the third time (but was out of paper, so it's just as well I remembered my room number!). All of the television stations were in German or Dutch - usually with hotels, I can find something to watch in either French or English. 18 euros for breakfast was too steep; I went elsewhere and paid less for what (a friend tells me) was a fairly similar breakfast.

A good-sized room (larger than I expected), with a comfortable bed, sofa, and desk. Proper sized bathroom, with a good shower. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable supply of tourist info, including a small but perfectly good map of Salzburg.

I didn't know that the room didn't have any heating, except for the thermostat and unfortunately only noticed at night that it was cold. (I never used a thermostat) I tried to turn it on but as I didn't know how it worked and it made noises I didn't want to leave it on overnight.

Very clean, modern room. It was nice that there was a water cooker as well. Room layout looked nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall great place to spend some nights while on holiday in Salzburg.

Had to do self check-in and they charged extra 4 euros. Also, they cleaned up the room without letting us know but didn't even change the bed sheet. So it didn't make sense.

A small but perfectly adequate room with a comfortable bed, a good shower and a TV. Also it is right next to main bus route into town and only a few minutes bus ride to the airport (on a different line) which made it very easy to travel around. A great budget option.

No elevator in the building, small bed. There was also a bit of confusion with the check-in via a machine, in the end did the check-in through the reception of the main hotel around the corner. Was charged more than advertised on booking - a city tax that was not yet included in the price.

Self check-in is pain. In Junior there is a machine-kiosk to check in. When I arrived I did not know that the main hotel is actually 100m away. So I filled in kiosk my name and it said that my room is not ready to contact the front desk. But in Junior there is no front desk, not a bell, nothing. I could not even find the phone number around (I found it later on board out of the gate on a wall). So I called, the receptionist unblocked something, and then the check-in worked. After punching in my data and payment, it gave me a card from the room and showed the room number on display. That, of course, I forgot in the next 10 seconds. So by trial and error, I checked door and found that it opened. To sum it up, it is better to actually go to check-in straight to the reception to the main hotel and to speak with human beings.

Really good breakfast. Good location. Junior part of hotel is in building about 100 metres from the main hotel. Clean and affordable. Small parking available for free, bigger at the main hotel. I would stay there again.
