We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaEverything was very nice. Room was specious with separate sitting area, beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful to the Alpes and ski piste. Food was also very good. And Alpentherme was perfect. Ski bus was regular and stop in front of the hotel. We had a great stay.

AustriaThe extra bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable - basically a bench with an ultrathin mattress. The hotel itself is old-fashioned and shabby. Getting to the ski room was unnecessarily complicated.
The staff were very helpful, The breakfast was fresh and varied. The location was very good.

Romaniathe toilet was separate, but it doesn’t have a sink, so you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after you use the toilet furniture is old for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 the “family room” was not suitable and we do not recommend it
the breakfast was great the personnel was very friendly the free entrance to the Therme was a plus parking in front of the hotel ( use the longer route to reach the hotel, because the Kuhrpromenade is blocked for non residences)

Clean accommodation a few minutes' walk away from the main attractions. Great deal that the entrance to the spa is included on all days (incl. arrival and departure day), and the cable cars are included too (except on the departure day). The furniture is already a bit older but my room was in a good condition, it was clean and the heating worked well. Overall a very good experience.
