Had to ask for a kettle for the room. When it arrived no cups or teabags. Staff seemed quite stressed at breakfast at peak times.

Really healthy breakfast with lots of options. Very pretty eating area with flowers and crisp tablecloths. Attention to detail, variety of fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and facility to make own juices. Super soft pillows and douvets. Excellent cotton bedding. Comfortable beds.

Nothing bad to say at all

I can not say enough about the amazing staff at Rasmushof. Nothing was a problem and their English was exceptional. Special mentions must go to Victoria on reception, she was extremely helpful with local bookings etc, nothing was a problem for her; Peter in the restaurant was an absolutely fantastic waiter; and Karen (I hope I got her name right) at breakfast and lunch was the most delightful and friendly person, she always had a smile on her face.

    - the electrical system of the room is old; the power button of the general light worked badly and at times the lights did not light up. - there was no minibar and welcome fruit that is usually found in this type of hotel with that price, much more if placed in Kitzbuhel. - the breakfast buffet really poor and not at the level of the stars of the hotel

    - both at check-in and at check-out the staff was very professional, helpful and smiling ... really my compliments to both girls. - the best hotel as a location in kitzbuhel, directly on the streif. - the view from the room on the Streif track was perfect

Rooms were dated. Rooms were very hot and could not turn off the heating to underfloor. Had to sleep with window and door open. This resulted in a cold face and noise and smoke from outside entering the room. We did ask if the heating could be turned off. It could not. Bathroom suite in particular not modern in any way. Think Mixer shower and fold away shower screen. Pool and sauna area also tired and dated, poorly furnished. You can smoke in the bar and the smell of tobacco travels through the whole hotel. No ski rental service in the hotel, it was not even pointed out that if you hire with intersport you get 10% off. Was not shown around the hotel on arrival or given advice about location of ski lifts or hire shops. Basically I just do t get this hotel. It says boutique ski hotel winner 2016. Its definitely not a boutique hotel and if it's the winner then I can only hope the runner up pulls its socks up for next years competition.

It's location was at the bottom of a piste. Breakfast had a good choice. Restaurant staff were nice.

-wifi and in-room media -no free parking places availble nearby -my room had no fridge - just a freecing cold window bench outside :/ -noise of deconstruction of the ski-wc-arena beside (just when I was there - It is not normally ) : / because of very strong high pressure on the middle Europe and the Kitzbühel area, the air was really smoggy, even that is not the reason of the hotel, but it is situated very close down in the valley to the city/village center.

+first impression and coming to the hotel +food +slow, peaceful and good breakfast in the morning sunlight +bathroom and spacious room +pool +ski-in

Overall exellent ski hotel, charmly decorated, perfectly clean and comfy, with friendly staff. Warmly recommend the deluxe suite, appropriate for families or more than 2 adults. Having 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room - with piano :), this suite offers plenty of space for spending pleasant evenings together. Congratulations to Mrs Reisch and her team!

The restaurant is a bit expensive.

One of the most fabulous hotels I have stayed in awhile, quintessential Austria. There are wonderful accents added throughout. The staff is very friendly, the hotel a good location whether golfing, motorcycling in the area, or golfing. The bar has inside and outside tables, good beer on tap!

No refrigerator! We always carry extra beverages along with us and there was no place to cool them. I understand that this keeps people from eating in the rooms which is to the benefit of the inn.

I was impressed that the owner was there and chatting with the staff and guests. She appears to take pride in her lovely inn. The rooms are well furnished and well planned with great views. The balconies are large and the living area is light with large windows to take advantage of the spectacular views.

This is a fantastic location, and the facilities are lovely and safe. Comfy bed, loved the private deck, and the staff was wonderful. Even breakfast was amazing and full of great goodies. Easy walking to town, and the gondola. A "must stay" place!

Children not being cared for by parents running wild; so much so we complained when they were climbing over their balcony onto roof of the breakfast room! It was dealt with really quickly. Give the hotels staff and management due for dealing with issues so quickly. I would love to have tea making facilities in the room. Needed more and fuller shower gels.

Great well established hotel. Bedrooms, view, food, staff, location. It had it all. Free parking also.

They upgraded me to a suite for a small amount, since it was the end of the ski season. We spent 3 nights in a fabulous room with a great terrace and view of the piste arrival. Great breakfast, happy staff. Couldn't be better.

The staff were a mostly helpful but not very cheerful, one waiter argued with me about a glass of flat prosecco before replacing - poor customer service.
