The breakfast was same every day and cookies were from shop and not good.

Hotel was not far from city center, about 15 min by bus or train. Three bus stop was about 5 min walk. All in all it was good for short stay.

Nothing. It was a smooth stay

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. It was warm and close to most attractions. Note that if you can't walk 15' to the nearest metro you can always get a taxi for a minimum fare.

WiFi could have been a bit faster.

This hotel is very conveniently place in the centre of the city. My room was small, but comfortable, clean, and suited my needs. Breakfast was fine and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Would have enjoyed tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was a kettle but no coffee, tea, sugar. And would of been great to have some hair conditioner in the shower. Shower gel was provided. Would be great to provide a little bit of information in the room of various points around Vienna or even a little bit of the history of the hotel, we googled everything ourselves.

Hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was spacious, warm and cosy for 3 people. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned during our two night stay. Shower pressure was amazing and water was hot so definitely very good after walking so much. Lift was very quirky and brought you back to the 1920s. Loved the novelty.

Nitpick, the room looked a bit old and the bathroom did not have a fan to remove the smells. It had a vent but not a fan but it's not that big a deal.

The location is dead center, right next to the parliament. Breakfast was excellent and diversified, it even had nutella spreads to *chefs kiss The room was gigantic with a really high ceiling. A bit old but that doesn't really matter. Clean

Good location, tram stop next to the hotel. Close to Museum Quarter. Quiet. Big room with extra vanity-table and armchairs. There is an old elevator which has a couch in it and riding up and down was fun! Very comfortable beds.

Nothing during my stay. Given that it is an older building, I could see however that the rooms can get warm in the summer, especially on the higher floors.

The hotel room was as shown in the images on Booking, so no surprises there. I did get a free upgrade to a double room, which was much appreciated. Prior to the trip, I had also requested a second blanket and a quiet room, which the hotel both provided. I really appreciated the quiet room with double doors, and slept well. The bed was fairly narrow as shown in the images, and comfortable for me. People who like (very) soft mattresses may find them hard, however. The staff was always helpful, and reception was staffed during the day, as described in the hotel. I arrived after hours, but the key safe worked just fine. Breakfast was fine also and served as a buffet in the breakfast room. It is mostly a continental breakfast with fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cereal, breads and pastries, plus cheeses and deli meats. There are also scrambled eggs and Austrian breakfast links. More than plenty for most people. The elevator (1918!) is a must-see and a true antiquity, and I rode it as often as possible!!

Walls beg for repainting and matrace for changing. It was hard to sleep in matrace pit.

Location beautiful - close to center and public transport. Breakfast beautiful - variable and delicious. Room small and clean. Interesting system of keys - never seen something like that. But we deal with that. beautiful pressure of water in shower and hot water comes really fast. Thank for staff attitude - staff was pleasant and positive. I like that.

Maybe, the reception could have one more person so that it could be open also during the night, but overall the system with the keybox was helpful in the end, lack of variety of the breakfast but good quality of food

The room was small for two people and if we stay at this hotel again we will order a bigger room. No fridge and not suitable for the summer months.

The hotel is very nice. Good location. Very warm room, double windows - great for the winter months. A charming elevator in Biedermeier style.

This was a comfortable hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Rathaus and the Stephansdom. The staff were obliging , the internet was free, the breakfast was good and there was a kettle in the room. Best of all, there was a bench IN THE LIFT, which itself is well worth seeing ! Just like in the grand, old, days ! We rode up and down even when we did not need to !
