We stayed here on our way to Italy. It was not a problem to find the accommodation. We had to call the accommodation phone number for the room keys. Within walking distance is the Mpreis shopping mall. (20 min)

We chose the accommodation mainly because of the attractions for children that were in the photos. Unfortunately, only one of the features remained, which disappointed us.

Host very helpful and communicated very clearly

The bathroom door had not lock, the check in and check out was complicated. The host or the manager demanded city tax to be paid by leaving the money on the table when checking out. The check in was also complicated as the manager/host texted us and asked us to inform exactly when we will arrive and upon calling him on arrival, he was not there and the apartment was open with the keys inside, he could just told from the beginning that the check in was not complicated. Also during check in, we were all asked to enter personal details in a portal and the city card was sent to some email id in the check in form and rather not sent to the primary booking email id. The kitchen had very limited utensils and the games in the games room were all out of shape

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The house was very warm, spacious, and cozy. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, it was the perfect spot for skiing and sledding. Everything was simply wonderful and fantastic. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect. If something, I would recommend a tiny better cleaning of the sofa.

The design is very nice and feels comfy. the place is clean and got all facilities and utilities. friendly host. nice view on nature and nice balcony.

Our family had a great time! Beautiful location, excellent amenities.

The apartment was very large, as well as the basement included. The facilities were as described and gave us more surprises than we had expected. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was cozy, and the extras (although not used) were pleasantly surprising. Also, you can't beat walking outside and looking up at the surrounding mountains without being in awe. If I have the chance, I would definitely book again, especially in the wintertime.

The only thing I could find was a microwave, but we managed without. The building was also almost at the very end of a long road, which is not the fault of the owner, but something to keep in mind when first coming to the property.
