old style bathroom, uncomfortable extra bad in living room and loud fans in the bathrooms, would recommend to service them or change.

however interior it’s old style it’s clean inside and old looks really good. well maintained like walls, floor etc. Really nice and renewed relax place with dry sauna.

Kitchen would need small effort for glasses, cups, knifes etc. equipment. It took several minutes to get cold water from tap.

Location is excellent - very close to Gaislakogl lift! Staff response to messages was very fast.

The room was a little dated, but the property was perfect based on the final price and what we had.

The room was spacious and family-friendly—excellent access to the breakfast area (breakfast not included). The sauna was fantastic. The bakery is right next door, and the market is about 9 min down the road.

The apartment at 4th floor is a bit cramped with a low ceiling throughout, and no balcony.

Nice and roomy apartment at 3rd floor, with a large balcony. At ground floor there is a nice very big common kitchen for use, stocked will all appliances. Lots of parking spaces in front, and situated next to the Gaislachkoglbahn, 5 min walk from the center.

We stayed in this spacious flat which was clean, spacious , and very well priced, and on the high street in Solden. The balcony had mountain views which was a bonus.

Only 2 small remarks: quality of the beds (matrasses) upon arrival the room was not 100% clean (beds were not made up, a few dirty towels still, a bit of glass garbage in the kitchen)

Perfect localisation - we could walk on foot to the nearest skilift and didn't need to use car during our whole stay. Big plus for custommer service and fast responses through booking's app. Relatively cheap!

The 'hotel' is more like a university halls or a frat house. There were large groups of male guests that would come back from drinking at 2/3/4am, shouting, running down the corridors between rooms, slamming doors, singing and drinking until the sun came up. Well, we may have been unlucky with the time we were there, but a number of groups came and went which were behaving the same. Also, given our door frame was in splinters as apparently the previous guests had kicked it in, it felt like this was a common occurrence. There are no staff on site and no 24hr contact. Despite being told about the noise, nothing was done by the staff who answered on WhatsApp (unsurprising as they were apparently neither the owner nor the manager). Sure, I may be miserable now I'm 30-something, but I'm still a big fan of après-ski, just not all night every single night. The sheets were so worn they were threadbare and of course you can forget any kind of normal hotel service like room cleaning or restock of toilet rolls. Terrible experience all round.

Everything was ok, but could look to place an anti slippery mat on the stairs to the ski storage area.

Nice specious apartment with private kitchenette and bathroom, all we really needed during 4 night stay. Good location, within walking distance to the ski gondola. Indoor sauna available to use.

It was too early in the season for breakfast to be served during our stay. Would have been nice to have breakfast each morning before heading out to the slopes. I assume breakfast is available after the ski season really begins.

The location was excellent. Close to the road leading to the Tiefenbach Glacier ski area, a supermarket, and restaurants in town. Check in was easy despite arriving later in the evening, with a key box to dispense the room keys with a code provided after online check in. Check out was simple, just return the keys to the box. Our rooms were clean an comfortable. The ski/boot room was convenient. There was a nice kitchen available for common use and our apartment also had a small kitchen which was nice. The breakfast room / restaurant was not open during our stay.
