Nothing was liked, I was so disappointed with the property that was dirty and bad odor was everywhere

I didn’t like it at all, staff were not helpful and aggressive and the property was dirty as soon as arrived we were shocked with the bad odor in the breakfast area and then the WC and toilet which were dirty

Location was good, room and bathroom were spacious, staff was friendly, assertive and helpful

The entrance door slamming every time someone walks in or out. Walls are super thin and I could hear the pipes, toilet flushing, showers, etc. I would also suggest fly screens on the windows as it gets super hot and you can't open the windows at night as you'd get eaten by mosquitoes. It was also very loud till midnight as people just didn't care about others staying.

Location was quite good, room clean, Check in was ok using tablet We walk to a very nice restaurant over looking the lake (you had to walk accross the railway at the crossing)

not a fan of online Check ins, No staff until morning breakfast. coffee etc. was extra, breakfast basic. room as outside was very hot no AC, no Fan, no one to ask if one was available. on-site parking was only for about 6 cars, (no spaces left) even though we got there for 3pm. there were paid for parking up the hill, or free on street parking back along the road, but all the close ones were full, I managed to find one about 300metres from Hotel, be aware there is a area in the middle of this street parkin area were you can't park and there are "tow away" signs, Why ???

Nice breakfast, many options including gluten free Rooms and toilet very clean Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the lake Very friendly staff, available free parking and cellar for bycicles Very big bathrooms also

Room were a bit warm in summer, so we had to sleep with doors opened Bed and pillow very soft No parking space enough for all cars, although it was free SomebRooms were quite small Coffee machine could be a little better

parking is very limited, first come first serve. Directions to remote paid parking could be better. It took us a while to find parking.

It was not 100% clean in the bathroom. A lot of hair on the floor.

Great place to stay in Zell am See. Very convenient automatic check in. Simple but everything you need.

Had some minor issues, but the staff was very helpful and quick in finding the solution. Really appreciate their attitude towards customers.

For this price there should be at least a kettle in the room. Given the fact that there is enough place for it. Minibar would be great as well, but not mandatory. Yes, you can buy glass of hot water for several euros in the vending machine in the kitchen, but it's really ridiculous. And there is no instruction about it, so It wasn't obvious at all.

Zell am See is a great location with lots around to do. The breakfast served was a great way to start the day. The new Guest card that is provided for all stay in Saltzberger land was great for getting around with free transport on Trains, buses and trams.

It was not clear at booking that this accommodation is not part of the Zell am See - Kaprun card scheme that provides travel on the lake and up the cable car. The hotel is located on the busy through road in Zell and the traffic noise meant we could not leave our windows open at night to cool down. It was very hot when we were there and the room heated up alot.

We had to pay lots of money to park somewhere else, because there are only 4 parking spaces in front of the accommodation, and funny enough, there is one reserved for staff. We called the emergency number to get assistance during the night, no answer. The building is old, shower door broken, bathroom handle falling everytime you use it. Our towels were not changed in 3 days. Breakfast is very poor, with undrinkable coffee. Bed sheets had old blood stains. It is weird to have no one to talk to or ask help from. You do the self check in fast, tho.

Self check in was good. Parking lot near the building was easy enough to park overnight. Was free until 8am. Breakfast was good!
