No oil, and the frying pan was quite old, so I'd not recommend using it without oil. The location is on the hill, which is nice only if you have a car.

The room was clean. The location is quite - it's on the edge of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped. Nice tea/coffee present for a guest.

It was a bit on the pricier side, and using the sauna costs an additional €15. Nevertheless, still worth it!

The property was perfect. Great location, stunning views. Picking up the keys was super easy. The host was very informative and was available to answer any question. The amenities had everything that were advertised. I would definitely recommend this property!

We stayed at Haus Kinspergher with our family. We came on our interrailng trip and managed to get by on public transport which was really helped by the Welcome Card which gave us free buses travel into Innsbruck (although admittedly a steep walk up from the bus stop!). The town of Axam was lovely with gorgeous views of the mountains and we had some great walks in the area. Really appreciative to Harald and his family for continually opening the swimming pool for the kids every day even when it wasn't sunny!

Excellent location close to Insbruck. Host provided us Welcome cards that were a money saver for us: usage for some cable cars was free of charge as we were staying for more than 3 nights. Thanks!

It's very good apartment with many small things that make living in this apartment very comfortable. Such as set with tea/coffee, coffee machine dishwashing machine, a lot of stuff to prepare food, very comfortable bed, all these things are very useful for staying there. I enjoyed it, I will miss this apartment

The “children’s room” a little small.

The House is well placed to go hiking or to go to Innsbruck or just as a stopover to Italy. We used it for both.

The apartment was in a semibasement with windows facing a slope, so there was no view and not much natural light at all. It made everything feel kind of grey and gloomy. The second room with bunk beds wasn’t really a proper room—more like a closet just big enough for the beds, with no windows or ventilation. When we arrived, there were a few big spiders and some mosquitoes around, but it wasn’t overwhelming—but not pleasant. The swimming pool was really disappointing compared to how it looked in the booking photos. They mentioned board and family games, but we couldn’t find any. Overall, there was a lack of basic information—we had to figure out where the sauna and pool were on our own. The place really needs to provide clearer info for guests.

The place was really quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals comfortably, making it feel just like home.

No view, inside room you would feel like in half basement. Behaviour of host was really bad. His behaviour was like if you have any issues don't bother him. Our bathroom cloath dryer rods not working. I asked several time to come down and check or showcase if we are not using correctly. He never adressed the issue just messaged after 5-6 hours. Not even picking up call. Internet didn't worked for days, Kept saying him net is very slow he didn't adressed that also. After 15 hours he said there is net issues so net not working. We asked to turn on Sauna when we went nothing was turned we asked tell us on video call or come down turn on. He never picked up call and when we went down again after 30-40 minutes he locked Sauna room. Due to his rude behaviour I didn't felt very comfortable with my family and decided to check out early to assure my rest vacations are not destroyed. If everything goes well then he would be very good host but if things goes bad and you start asking him then be ready for such behaviour. Issue keep on coming and it can be resolved but reaction of host is very important for me. He is very rude and arrogant person. Worst stay of my whole 16 days Europe trip, Stay away from his property if you don't want to ruin your vacations.
