We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is no washing machine to use at the premises. One has to know. Looking at previous feedback I automatically assumed that there must be one there, but hey.. That is the only thing that got me.. Handwash is never a pleasure but a crappy chore at best, and when you are on holiday you don'n really need, or want to put up with the sink time..
I liked Everything. Manuela, the lady that met us was the perfect host. She goes to great lengths to make you welcome and accommodate your stay, she makes you feel very special. The whole place is superb - clean and organised. Everything is new and functional. There is almost everything that one can need, and the host is great at communication and providing additional help, to whimsical requests. I was little disappointed from the ski resort, but if I go to Seefeld it would be only there..

IsraelThe bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass door that didn’t close tightly, which limited privacy between the two rooms. Some basic kitchen essentials were missing, such as an oven tray, a cleaning rag, and a lid for the frying pan. The host was unresponsive to our messages on Booking.com prior to our arrival, which made communication difficult.
The apartment was clean and renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony offered a lovely view of the mountains, which added to the overall experience. The host kindly accommodated an early check-in, which was very helpful since our bus arrived before the official check-in time.

Absolutely perfect apartment for visiting Seefeld and surrounding area. I'm definitely booking it again for next year !

The house is awesome! It is warm, clean, big and has wifi! It's a beautiful spot, especially the view from the balcony. The house has everything needed, from cutlery to soft bedsheets and towels. Also, it is really quiet and peaceful there, for people who would like to have a break from everything, I recommend this place a lot! We would definitely go back again there!
