The dining table was untidy from previous residents. Internal doors do not close properly so the bedroom was not dark in the morning. There was a lot of traffic noise.

This spacious flat has a lot of character. The high ceilings and large windows providing lots of light make it very wholesome. Straightforward, no fuss check-in and check-out.

The gas furnace in the kitchen is a bit noisy. Thankfully, there was a door separating the kithen from the bedroom so it wasn't that bad. One of the window blinds wouldn't come down so the morning light would wake us up early in the morning, but that was just a nuisance, not a real problem. It would be nice if they could fix it though.

Despite being in an old building, it was clean (not spotless), tidy and offered adequate ammenities. It's in close proximity to downtown via metro (5' away from the U-Bahn station, 4 stops away from downtown). Located on a quiet park-side street with a few places close by for coffee/food and a couple of super markets.

Very poor WiFi which would have made a great difference and comfort for the kids. Especially with teenagers There was a wash machine but no ironing facilities The fans needs changing especially in severe hot weather.

All was okay , little old house , not so good windows, street noise can enter so easily to the one of the bed room. Little smell but not so bad. ,

Booking process: IT IS NOT free cancellation. Even though on booking they say free cancellation my card was charged 20% at the time of rezervation. After a few hours, I received on Whatsapp a link with instructions on how to access the apartment which also stated that 'If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.' Cleanness: The kitchen tools and coffee cups were greasy and looked like no one used detergent on them. Bed sheets were ok. The bathroom was clean but could have been better. Dust on less-used shelves. Noise: The living room windows are toward a park and a school, so a lot of noise from children playing outside. The bedroom window was toward the staircase and there is some noise early morning.

Watch out it is a scam: You book the apartment for Max-Winter-Platz and you end up on Lassalestrasse, one of the noisiest avenue (you constantly hear the cars and the vibration of the metro). Otherwise the apartment is old and not very clean (some pee under the toilet seat) and also some moth, so watch out your wool cloth. Booking has no real customer service but you can still report it on https://www.watchlist-internet.at/

One of the bedrooms had no closet/room for a suitcase. One bedroom had no air conditioning and no ceiling light, also the window lead to the hallway not outside. The shower only had half a door so some water splashed on the floor

Very nice and sweet apartment close to the city. It had character with the furniture and colours. There was an amusement park near (no noise from it). It's close to Ernst Happel Stadion by foot. The lift (checking in you still had to walk the stairs to get the keys for the lift) and internet worked great for me.

The flat is very good and has all the necessary appliances for cooking breakfast and light meals. Location is ideal - walking distance to the subway, walking distance to Prater park and many supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. The landlady is very nice and highly efficient and helped us solve most of our doubts while staying in the flat. The flat is opposite a small square with beautiful trees and flowers. The building has a lift.

I booked Apartment Maximillian on the 27.12.2022 for the address of ' Max Winter Platz 6 , 1020 Wein , Austria ' for 18-24 June 2023 but was assigned to a different place LassallestraBe 6 1020 Wein instead . Its near to main road . Noisy at night with traffic and people talking ! Cant sleep

Staying in this apartment was a nightmare  The host left a note saying that the drain in the sink was not working well, but in reality it was completely clogged and I couldn't clean for 4 days.  I sent several messages requesting repairs, but there was no reply and the problem was not solved.  He even refused a few calls.  In addition, the bedroom was partially filmed to provide a small bedroom where only the bed could barely fit, so we had to pass over the person next to you to lie on the inside.

The second bedroom was a little small so that we had to store our suitcases in the livingroom. The was little room to store clothes in the apartement.

Yes it had to be better cause l saw on the same apartment that he had goid ones.During the night there was something going on so much noise .We dud not have good Internet and we could not even do our boarding pass.When l phoned them she starts yelling and she told me that the link wad ok but it was not .

We did the Breakfast cause we went to buy items from our money.The location wad not bad but the appointment was disgusting. The bathroom did not have a window and the extractor fun wad not working so there was a bad smell coming out from the lu

There was a bad smell. The room eas hot. We had a lat minute query and couldn't get hold of anyone via phone or email. It is in a dubious area.
