Excellent breakfast and staff were so helpful especially the lady running the restaurant. Water glass was a nice touch Got a kettle that I wanted but shame not in room anyway.

Location and a lot of free parking. Clean and rooms we’re comfortable and nicely furnished. Our room was very warm though. They did have a nice standing fan to cool things down 👍 We drove our own car. But the hotel is right on a bus line that will take you right into town/ old town castle ect.

The plastic shower curton in the room might be exchanged by a kind of seperator out of glass.

Food was excellent, the room was very clean, quiet and cosy, Seminar rooms have been excellent, it was perfect to open the doors into the little garden in front of the hotel, to get fresh air.

Strange smell in the room that could not be ventilated during whole stay.

Staff who do not know how to comunicate in english, we mean young staff, they also did not know how to offer information/explain how to get to the centre and other tourist informations

Breakfast was very expensive at 22 euros. We were not told it was not included until after we started eating. Not much selection either.

Extra bed for my child was comfortable. Bus stop is right in front of hotel. Large and easy to access free parking in front of hotel.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel.

Was nice and clean, beds were good but the pillows were too hard.

They did not have a water boiler(Wasserkucher) in the room and there was only one in the Lobby and they were charging 2.5 Euro for a cup of hot water. In most hotels, there is a free water boiler that you can use in your room but here was not the case.

The room was clean and comfy. The Hotel is in a Cozy place which is not crowded and also you can get to to city center by a 15 minutes bus.

Quiet place with parking. There is a bus that stops in front of the hotel for the city centre. Very nice rooms, spacious with comfy beds. Most of all we enjoyed breakfast which was delicious and home made. Sophia, the lady in charge for the breakfast, was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Fan in room didn’t cope well with relatively high temperatures for Strasburg - getting to sleep affected.

Outstanding service early on 20 Aug when receptionist was able to check us in after long train trip from Nice. Reception staff generally very helpful.

The bathroom was not as clean and I did not like the shower curtain as it looked a bit old. Also the hotel is a bit far away from the main train station especially if you‘re relying on public transport by night.

I really liked the entrance and staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was big and well lit with a refrigerator and lots of storage space. There is a free parking space for hotel guests.

It's easy to get to the city center, but it is not really close. On the other hand, the area around the hotel is very calm and quiet.

There was considerable confusion over the bills for the two rooms I had booked - largely relating to being overcharged for what were quite expensive breakfasts. It took 15 minutes to sort out and a more senior member of staff called upon to help seemed quite angry with me when he presented me with the final corrected bills. This was a rather unfortunate ending to what had been an enjoyable stay.

Lack of amenities. No chiller/ref to store snacks or drinks. No kettle/ boiler to make tea and/or instant coffee in the room, not even small welcome water bottles. We understand that these were not listed among the amenities, but as a 4-star establishment, this is common and very helpful for the guests. On one of the days, the cleaners forgot to leave us bath towels but luckily, the gentleman in Reception brought us a couple quite fast. The greatest disappoinent was that the safety deposit box did not work and they said it could not be fixed. We had to go out everyday with all our travel documents and cash at hand, which made us very uncomfortable.

Breakfast - wide selection and all organic products. Monica of Reception was very attentive and helpful. Spacious room. Although the location was not central, the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel which is very convenient- takes 15 mins to the center.
