Location was fab. Just a short 20-30 (but lovely) walk along the river to town. The funicular stop to go up Nordkette Was just across the river (5-10) min walk. Staff absolutely brilliant. Room was big with lovely comfy beds. Although there was no view, (we faced a wall) but didn't bother us as we were out and about the hotel was a base for that.

I found the mattress a bit too soft to my liking. I would have liked to control the temperature in the room.

The staff were excellent and assisted with directions and other aspects of my trip. The location was very good, away from the busier part of the city center. It made for some relaxing walks.

Better shades or curtains to block the outside lighting. Seems petty to mention, but my only complaint.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made us fell welcome and glad we were there. Place is within easy walking of the Old Town, but far enough out to be quiet. Hotel is built into the mountain and faces the Inn River. Our room was directly up from the road, yet still quiet. No markets near by, so get anything you need while out.

Breakfast options were very, very limited for the price. Would have liked fruit, toast / pastries or maybe hot food options. Also better tea and coffee options for the room. They only had fruit tea.

The room was perfect! Private balcony with bed facing the gorgeous view! Very comfortable bed and plenty of room for hanging clothes etc. The owner was also extremely lovely and helpful! Would 100% stay again.

Room was a bit small but fine. Walking to old town requires crossing a busy two lane road, but not difficult, then at least 100 yards on a narrow sidewalk, but then to a covered bridge over the Inns river to a walking path to town.

The location was excellent, 23min walk to old town, golden dachl, and Maria Theresa Plaza. Breakfast was more than adequate, staff friendly and helpful, all spoke English well enough. Interesting building.

Very nice owner of the facility. You can see that he cares a lot about his guests. However, the interior of the facility needs to be refreshed. Old-style rooms, very simple, but everything you need is provided. We only stayed at the hotel one night and it was fine. The advantage is certainly a large, free parking lot at the hotel and proximity to the city center. You can take your dog with you for an additional fee of 6 Euro.

Nothing really. A bit of a walk into the Aldstadt so probably not a good location for the less abled.

A wonderful family operated B&B. The owner make you feel welcomed and at home going out of their way to accommodate your needs. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads and cold meats and cheese. Top that off with a hot egg and homemade jams and croissants. I forgot to mention the fabulous views over the river.

The location is ok , I'd probably stay a bit more central if I was someone who wanted to be just around the corner from all the restaurants and shops, but if you don't care then its absolutely fine.

Nice budget option staying in Innsbruck. Probably a 20 minute walk to the old town but its a pleasant walk mostly along the river but you can easily hop on a bus or tram. The room itself was totally fine. We didn't have much of a view from the window but it didn't really matter as we only stayed 2 nights. Both the beds in the room were comfortable and even though we didn't have the breakfast they have it looked nice and the room it was in looked good.

The family who runs the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was recently renovated and we had everything we needed for a couple days stay. The view of the mountains at the breakfast table was a real highlight. The kids felt right at home and directly asked if we can visit again.
