The floor is not even throughout the apartment so be careful when going around bare feet. The lift was not available as the cleaner appears to store her cleaning equipment in the elevator. This was annoying as we had to go up carrying the suitcases (and the staircase is kind of narrow), most guests were over 65...

The place was clean and warm. There was enough space for everyone and there is sufficient equipment.

The apartment was not very close to the city center it was 30 minutes with the metro but you have a station nearby so that's OK. The building seem to be be old but the apartment inside was new so we didn't mind. Some hangers in the bathroom would be useful. Good choice for a short stay.

The apartment was very nice, warm, cozy and clean. For a few days stay was a good choice. It had also coffee and tea for our breakfast which was a nice touch. It was away from the city center but it had train and metro stations in a 5minute walk. Very close to Schonburnn as well!!! You cannot find very cheap rooms in Vienna, especially last minute as we didi, so for the price was a decent option.

I do not like the method of openning the main door where I should call a telephone number each time to eneter the Building. During the first few hours from reaching the apprtment I used my own mobile number which cost me roaming calls, afterwards and once I have Austrian Mobile SIM it is cheaper. I do think that the methadology of door open should be changed OR at least to be noted to advise the customer to have a local Mobile SIM Because of this problem, my overall rate of stay reduced from exceptional to very good stay

I like the location so much, the appartment was very close to market area where you would find whatever you want. Even you could find local market for vegetables and fruits. Also under-ground station is very close to the appartment and the main train station Miedling is also close where you could have the train to other city OR Vienna Airport.

There was no airconditioner. It was realy hot. We had reserved and paid for 2 cars, but there was no space for the second car. Luckely we could park it behind the first car.

Overall it was ok and easy access. Apartment had a large bathroom and enough towels for everyone.

Noisy gas cauldron in the kitchen used for central water heating. Especially in the evening when children need to sleep. Cauldron bottom safety cover was missing. For a children it is a must.

Laminate flooring requires renovation. Although kitched is well equipped with appliances, some things are missing eg. cutting board and a wooden spatula. There is no air conditionig ( we did not need it ) but in summer it could be needed.

Location is good, parking (at charge) in the yard is good. There is a big bathroom, kitchen has dishwasher and microwave.

Host offers a parking spot after an additional fee. We paid upfront for the parking. On the day of the arrival, parking was overcrowded. There was no single space. After contact with the host, they did nothing. The next day they contacted me and said there should be space now. There was, I put my car in the parking spot for 2h and then we decided to drive for touring. After we came back there was no space again, so once again I had to park elsewhere. They promised money return for nights where I didn't use the parking - they only returned half of the money.

It is a nice-looking apartment with quite good localization.

Living room being upstairs is a little bit inconvenient. There should be more shower gel and shampoo.

Heating in apartemnt 4 was working very strange. Sometimes heaters was totally cold, sometimes very hot, there wasnt state between. Moreover apartment 4 have absolutely no controls for setting heating level. Ligtbulbs require urgent replacement, in apartment was little bit dark with all lights on. Noises from nearby pub or dirnk bar.

Great location close to metro station, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and except heating, very practical. Beds was comfortable, even the sofa. Well equipped kitchen.

It was dark in the apartment: some lamps were out of order and needed a replacement. The same applies to the process of check-in: I had to look for the key in the safe box in complete darkness.

The apartment is big. The location is pretty good: 10-15 min walk to the U-Bahn station.
