I had issues with cleaning. I stayed for 5 nights and my room was cleaned only one time, even though I requested 2 days in row to do that.

I really liked the location. Very convenient to get to the centre. The staff was creat and breakfast was fine. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The breakfast was great and the staff was really friendly. The Alsergrund location is well connected by tram, but it'll take you a while to walk to the main sights.

Nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. Good location, close to the tram and close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quite narrow bathtub, not suitable for quick shower. Room doors were a bit tricky, they once opended when not locked from inside and in general I had to always make sure that they really closed themselves when leaving the room.

No slippers No toothbrush toothpaste No washroom toilet hand shower. I know that it is not normal in Europe but someone need to start somewhere.

The drinking water bottle in the mini bar was disgusting, old and has mould. Mattresses on the bed was too hard. I have pains all over like I slept on the floor or a wooden board.

The location is great, breakfasts were amazing with large choices and varieties. The room was well cleaned.

The location is perfect, next to a tram stop. The staff were were lovely! And the breakfast had lots of options (tho not alot for vegetarians, but not bad!) I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel has seen better days, it is just old. The hotel is used up, it is more or less clean, but it is broken in many places, like carpets, walls, bath tubs and so on and so on. Some refurbishing is neeeeeeeeeded.

Staff was very helpfull and just nice. Location is good, close to the city center by foot (2,5km). Room was specious.

It was well maintained old building that had everything we needed. All the staffs there were polite and especially the breakfast staffs were so friendly to ny son also.

Nice hotel, but some maintenance would be useful in the near future. Nothing too bad, but the air con machine was making some noises during the night, the shelf in the bathroom was not straight and had my stuff slide off, the door had to be slammed in order ot close properly.

The reception was impressive. It was a very busy day when I arrived there, but the receptionist ketp a smile on her face and kept dealing with every question thrown at her.

I didn't like the fact that there were only a few of us in the room and there was only one chair. In the booking offer, it was written that they had a siting area in the room. bit there was no one at all / 523 / I asked the guy who accommodated us at the least for one more chair, so we could both sit at the desk / that was the only one desk in the roon , no table like in the picture in booking and how was write what is int he room/ , he wrote something like a request for the next day, but never a second chair or something similar it apperared in the room. I had to sit in the luggage seat near to the desk.

The hotel is well located, there are many transport connections to all of Vienna, no matter where you want to go. Tram D is the fastest and most convenient connection to the center, its stop is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and places to eat around. Good connection to the airport. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, beds were comfortable.
