Parking without problems, good breakfast, nice staff , pool open all day, aprox. 50m next to hotel very good pizza restaurant.

A lot of bleach in a swimming pool. Also, I don't like early checkout (by 10 am). It is fine for a big city but there is nothing to do in Fulpmes village because all restaurants and cafes are closed by 2 pm. So we were walking around village about 2 hours and then about 2 hours spent in the hotel hall waiting for our taxi to Innsbruck airport. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards which is also very inconvenient.

Cozy and nice decorated hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient location for skiing on Schlick 2000 (just about 3 min by ski bus). Getting to Glacier by ski bus takes about 45 min

Payment only in cash is a no go. It’s stated in the hotel description, yet you have to scroll the page till the very end to see it. Getting two shower gel but no shampoo... that could be improved.

I liked the room style. Really nice.

Payment by credit card should be accepted, there are limits of how much I can withdraw on an ATM, and it is unsafe to carry much money. We could not leave the luggage at the hotel after we checked-out

They ONLY accept cash upon checkout, no credit cards, and not even ATM. That is ridiculous. Some of us had to run to the teller to get money which was ultra-inconvenient.

We rented the entire place as a group. That was nice as you meet everybody for breakfast.

Strange place. At 9pm hotel's front door is closing, and you can't find nobody from staff to help you. A Lady, who arranged check-in, disappeared just after that and left us with our problems face to face. We even could not get a cup of hot water to prepare a medicine tea. Moreover, she does not speak english at all. I don't recommend this place to people who faced with good hospitality before and have a base of comparison.

Everything! The place was beautifully authentic and the views were amazing. Comfortable beds. Immaculately clean. The children loved the pool. Breakfast had a great choice of breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals and fruit. As much tea, coffee and juice that you could drink. Most of all the family that run it are wonderful. Very smilie and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. We wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked! will go again one day.

Very kind, accommodating and always smiling staff. Cosy and clean rooms, nice indoor swimming pool. Rich and varied breakfast. Excellent location: close to Innsbruck as well as the Stubaier Gletscher (skibus stops a couple of meters from the hotel).

No wifi included. €20 per code per week! 21st century hello!!! Breakfast was basic and started too late at 7:30. Stayed in many Austrian ski hotels so have ability to compare. Stubai ski piste opens at 8. To avoid traffic and get a park (or spot on busy ski buses) you need to leave fulmpes at 7:15. There is a sign in dining room saying if you take food from breakfast room you will be sent a bill. This makes going in and grabbing something on the run 'illegal'. Luckily on 2 mornings the hostess let us in early to grab something to take at 7.20. As it was peak season, peak prices the owners should know that you need to leave early to avoid traffic. (Leaving at 8am means 30min drive is 1 hr and queues for gondola are crazy long!)

Comfortable rooms and bed. Clean and quiet.

wals was very thin and poor, zero privacy, you can here even talks, toilet water noise, and all other noises from the side and from the up floor, walking from up level was the worst. it was impossible to go sleep and relax and fell privacy in this room. I was unlucky with the room but really it was impossible to feel relax in this kind of noise. It was not the matter of noisy neighbors behind the wall. Normal activity like open the door or walking was to noisy. - wi-fi was also poor paid over 10 Euro for 24 hrs. for the work it was impossible to use it. I was using my personal gsm iphone made in hotspot mode to use wi fi properlly. With hotel wi-fi you can just send emails and wait for page open long. for the video files it was impossible to use it. If you cant find other option this place should be the last option. it is cheap and that is only one thing which helps.

close to the ski bus to schlick, 4 minutes of walk and you can get the free bus to Schlick 2000.
