There are no double beds in the hotel. No tea available in the room.

The room was clean, but quite small. Good Internet connection. The breakfast was ok, but during Easter they could prepare more options to celebrate this time. That’s not a 4 stars hotel. Enough good for 1 night. In the 4th floor you can use sauna (included in room’s price).

The hotel was heavily booked and the guests were noisy overall. Not the best place if you want to enjoy some silence.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We had a late night check in and they were spot on with all requested information. The room was clean and the check out went smoothly.

The soup and shampoo was in big bottles on the wall, not completed immediately after finished. For a 4 star hotel should of bin a better quality soup.

The wifi is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect. And when complained to staff, they also react that it's quite common and they are used to it. This is not the answer we expect as customers. Unfortunately the area seems to be a bit remote, so mobile network was also very slow. So couldn't use mobile data for internet purposes.

The hotel is very good and breakfast is nice. Very near to bustsop. Can reach Hbf in 18mins. The staff are friendly and honest. Overall good fit for the money.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded and didn't have as many options. Also, they kept asking to make sure we got out of the room at checkout time, putting pressure, even if we still had time before checkout time.

The room was great and clean with a nice view of the mountains. There's a bus station just outside, making it convenient for us to reach Swarovski Crystal Worlds without going to the city centre. The shopping centre was also conveniently positioned nearby.

Room was with good view to the mountains on both sides of Innsbruck. Breakfast was with wide range of foods, coffee, tea, juices and water. Staying at least two nights, this hotel offers Innsbruck Welcome card which gives free usage of public transport and special deals for some of attractions in the city region. Pet and children friendly property.

It was pleasant all around. I think some photos of the overall area on the site might be a bit deceiving. The hotel is located in a commercial zone pretty much. Not a bad thing but it is funny to see this older architecture right next to Media Markt and other big box brands. Great hotel but if you are looking for a certain type of surroundings, just be aware.

Carpets and bathroom need an update. It takes almost half an hour to get to the old town.

Personnel was really nice. We got a free transport card for the public transport which was very practical.

The service during breakfast was bit optimal. Cold American coffee, and coffee machines waiting to be refilled. This caused several lines.

The hotel is well-maintained and is close to the highway. It also has parking for free use.

The location is a little bit further from the city center, in an area with shopping malls, but you know that from the start. I can not say that this is really a minus point.

Very friendly staff - always smiling, extremely helpful. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Clean and quiet room. Free parking on site - they have 50 parking spaces, but they inform you in advance about that. Good breakfast - a good variety with hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, sausages, fried ham, jam, joghurt and cereal, fruits as well. Good coffee. Nice view of the mouintans.
