The penthouse apartment is really nice, huge bathroom and comfy bedrooms. (2of them) The staff is great, really nice people and helpful. Location is close to Praterstern, a node for public transportation.

No a/c in the room so we had to stay with the windows open, was kinda warm outside. Other than that its perfection.

The room, the friendly staff, the shops nearby, the amazing breakfast (it was really good!!) Overall really cozy and warm. The bed was also sooo good. Maybe the best breakfast I had in Europe so far!

We just didn’t like the coffe at breakfast cause it was made by the self coffee machine. And some slippers could be useful in the room.

Failed to provide WiFi information in room. I had to go to reception asking. Secondly, not everyone drink tap water so the rooms in the hotel should have water bottles in fridge for its guest. Freezer in room doesn’t work as well so if you even get your own drink from out, there is no way you can keep it cold.

Advertised as having a mini fridge/mini bar but there was neither. The kettle was dirty too but that was replaced the next day. It was clean but a little dated.

Hotel WIFI was really bad. We had no internet in our room.

The location was great. We could walk to popular places or activities and if not, metro was easily accessible close by the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, especially the pastries.

The hotel is very old. The images don't really depict it very well. The standard was lower than expected.

The only small downside was the shower, it took ages to get hot weirdly, it did eventually get there but we had to run the water for ages first.

Really good hotel. 5 min walk from the nearest train station and easy access to all the tourist sites across the city. Our room was really big and clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was really good also, with plenty of choice.

Poor wifi connection (impossible to work in the morning and in the evening), and the rooms were not so sound-proof. Could hear my neighbor coughing and taking shower, like it was happening in my own room.

Best thing about this location are the people working at the hotel - from the very first second I felt welcome, taken care of, and everything was working out just great! Also, they have a good breakfast selection.

No A/C

We were surprised there was no a/c but stuff were great and delicious breakfast. Room was big but with glass doors in the shower room. Since I was traveling with my father it was a little uncomfortable but we managed as it was one night stay. Overall I recommend this hotel!

The glass wall and door to the toilet in our room are located approximately opposite the bed. If you're traveling as a couple, this could be a new step in your relationship (on the other hand, you can always wait downstairs at the bar).

The room is small, but clean and cozy, there are tea and coffee capsules in a basket on the table. Unfortunately, some work began in the kitchen on the floor below at 6 am, but it was enough to close the window and there were no noise problems. The reception staff are very polite and pleasant, and the breakfast is outstanding.

Even it is a 4 star hotel, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, there was no ramp entering the hotel for the luggages on the first day we arrived. No person to carry the luggages into the rooms.

Although it cooled off while we were in Vienna, the hotel does not have air conditioning. There were two fans per room, but we found it difficult to cool the room down. Hotel staff was hit or miss. Some very friendly and others, not so much. There were coupons on a hotel app. Some hotel staff honored them, others said I could not use others until I made another visit to the hotel. Not sure why staff did not have a common understanding on how to use them.

Good location near Praterstern Station, fun mix of restaurants in area. Breakfast and the friendly breakfast staff was great.
