Found the room expensive - we booked at vienna, prague - those rooms were also at the same distance from train station and rooms had better facility such as oven, fridge etc..

Bus stop is just below the hotel so no extra walking needs to be done

Lighting inside the room can improve. Also, TV could have been equipped with more international channels. It would have been ideal to use the smart TV applications using hotel WIFI.

Small but cozy, warm room. Ideal for a solo traveler. I didn't opt for breakfast as there is a McDonalds outlet right next to the hotel. The hotel is well connected to the city centre through public transport. The reception desk was very proactive in ensuring that guests are well informed of public transport timings and routes, and sight seeing locations. Thanks to the hotel staff for helping me with all queries I had about going around in Salzburg. They were very helpful. I had a nice stay at the hotel.

Breakfast needs to be upgraded, Also no pool or jakuzzi in house.

The breakfast variety was super low and that is why we did not opt for it. The location is right at the boundary of Salzburg but with bus we hardly felt far away from the city center. It takes only 10 minutes to reach it.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Everything felt brand new and modern. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room came with nespresso pods and machine. The bus stop is right at the exit door of the hotel, which was super convenient.

It’s been very cold outside so inside could be a little warmer, could not change it myself so felt a little bit cold over night. And I had to pay extra for dogs.. unfortunately.

Nice B&B hotel with a nice breakfast of decent variety of food. Normal sized room with comfy beds and modern interior. There is free parking in front of the hotel which in an 8 min drive to the centre of Salzburg. Would recommend if coming to Salzburg by car.

I hope they consider to provide a kettle, coffees/tea inside the room especially when it’s winter. Some people like me who got sick due to the cold weather had difficulty to warm drinking water. Moreover It will be great to have the elevator working in both ways (up/down)

Staffs are very professional and friendly greeters! They speak english so it’s a plus! Location is Perfect with a wonderful mountain view. Right down the Hotel McDonalds and Bus Stops are there. It’s 30 mins away from the central station. Property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are clean and modern. Buffet Breakfast is good, basic options only.

I just hoped that it had a better view! And the location is not very good. It's like 20 mins away by car to reach Salzburg city center. But the good thing is that it's very close to McDonald's and to the public transportation.

The room was so much better than I expected. Very clean and well decorated. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, loved them. The breakfast was fair to be honest, but not the best. But I loved the place and definitely would visit it again if I go to Salzburg! The parking space was fair too, not bad.

2kms from main train station and 4km from most attractions - Need to catch Bus 21 or 23 and sometimes at night the buses were 30 minutes apart. Also need to wave them down at the main station or they will bypass you. No kettle but staff will happy to fill my thermo during reception hours which goes to 10pm at night A little noise from bar below on Saturday night it really wasn’t that bad
