Great location to visit Totes Gebirge and Hallstatt. The hotel is quite big with enough parking space. Breakfast as well as dinner were great.

The hotel is a bit far to walk from the center of town and the road is really steep and slippery. Also beds are a nightmare- too soft matterace, sliding around the frame.

Cleanliness and wonderful staff! It’s a very decent family hotel, food is also a big plus- kids will always find something to eat.

The only drawback might be that it's around 20 minutes walking from the town centre.

The personnel was very kind and friendly. The hotel was around 20 minutes driving from Tauplitz, so we chose it for a weekend stay on the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast, the dinner was tasty and the best part was definitely the sauna after a long day skiing. I got to mention a wonderful view from the window.

In winter it was pretty hot it the room and little small entrance room(but it is my personal perception)

Perfect place in Austria. View around. Good room. Sometimes even too warm) pleasant staff. Tasty breakfast, fresh bread. Even sauna already in price , what was great as in winter after frosty walk or skiing sauna is perfect. Bar at the reception. There is parking. You can order dinner at restaurant. It is perfect for this price. Just mention water in the room are to be paid🙃.

Expensive- The price is way too high for what you get. No elevator (beware of heavy luggage). Not all the staff knows English. No information (for tourism purpose) in English- nothing at all to help English speaking travelers actually.

A sports hotel- clean simple rooms with everything you need for sleeping before\after skiing or hiking (season dependent). Breakfast is really good. Staff is really nice.

The lamps are very poorly placed above the bed. You hit them in the head all the time and the light shines right in your eyes. The room is small and full of furniture that was not needed and old. not spacious( ( room 105) I wish you to improve it and we will come again!

There was small trash and dirt on the hallway floor. In our room the floor was so dusty we had to clean it up before settling in. The room cabinets were partly broken. The beds were bumpy and somehow the design of the beds made it easy to fall off during night. The doors cannot be opened from inside without a key – that is a fire hazard. Also, it was possible for a guest to take the keys outside (for a cigarette, car, walk, etc) and accidentally lock other guests inside without noticing that the ones inside could not escape in case of a fire.

Easy check in. Good shower and towels. Openable windows. Okay breakfast.

Loved this place! We arrived when it was raining, so we had a great surprise when we woke up and had a breakfast with such a beautiful view! Our room was clean and the place itself were so quiet, had the best sleep! Also the breakfast were good.

This place really exceeded our expectations and it has been the perfect place to spend the winter holidays where we had a really restful stay. The location is very quiet, calm with a really nice view where you can relax for real. The rooms are cozy, super clean and the beds really comfortable. Also we had a lot of great amenities like pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, and sauna. The food buffet served in the restaurant was super tasty with enough variety for both breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to the whole staff, they have been super kind, helpful, perfectly speaking english and took care that we didn't miss anything. Also the party they organized for New Year was awesome, starting with the festive dinner, punch drinks around a bonfire, fire-torch hike, fire-works, goulash soup, and a late breakfast ... now that I recall all of these it has been really amazing :).

Beautiful location of the hotel with a view of the mountains. Great breakfast and very tasty buffet dinner. I really appreciated the possibility of accommodation with a dog and the very clean rooms, which were also suitable for people with allergies
