The common spaces are definitely what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel but not the rooms: the decor could definitely be a little better. The tv turned on automatically in our room but the remote wasn't working so we had to unplug it. Little things for sure, but definitely something off for a 4 stars place. Note: parking spaces are not suitable for vans.

We went out in the morning and came back at 4pm, and our room was not cleaned/bed made. We did not opt for no-cleaning.

the room was ok but the beds were very uncomfortable, save as pillows, and cover was small. P.S. to management: double bed is not two beds together. Double bed means single bed for two people, duh. Also the shades were not shading, too thin to stop the sunlight early morning. I had very bad nights of sleep on my stay.

Amazing place to stay! Convenient location, pretty close to tram and subway stations. Best lobby, friendly and helpful stuff, superb breakfast (quantity and quality foods, excellent coffee, juices). Rooms are spacious, huge TV, separate bathroom and WC (very smart). Top choice.

Only the bartender on the last night, on March 3rd, was unpleasant. The breakfast room employee, when we enter after 10 am, is rude, rude and unpleasant. I left my meal on the table and left. I've been to this hotel more than once, and I thought this year was better, except for these two situations. Thanks

I was at the hotel from the 26th until the 4th. All the staff were excellent, especially the receptionist who checked in on the 26th and a bar employee of Greek origin. Very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Uncomfortable thin mattress, the mattress on the double bed consists of two parts, so there is a hole in the middle. Expensive parking in hotel garage. Constant waiting at reception for staff. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, max 3.

Since we came with realistic expectations, (we wanted to sleep in a clean, comfortable and quiet room and have a good breakfast.) and within that we managed to surpass our previous ideas, so I can't say anything negative. It was a good decision to come here. Since most traveler reviews are meaningless and useless until you have experience, it depends on luck anyway.

Much larger than usual, fantastic breakfast selection, quiet, well-equipped, simple but clean room, calm, helpful staff, underground garage (with easy access to the hotel). Separate toilet (not in the bathroom). Unfortunately, people rate places that fall far short of the needs of the average person. I would like to know what those who write everywhere that the breakfast was good would write here... A wide selection of pastries, vegetables, fruit, cheese, cold meats. Organic tea and coffee selection, which is common only in a few places. Kitchen assistant robot ( children's favorite). Nice staff. It is an excellent choice for those who do not want luxury, but simple but well-functioning things with a solid budget.

It was really warm in the hotel and in the room as well. The window was locked, as it faced the hotel lobby and the air coming from the Central heating/cooling system was not cool enough, even though we changed it to the coolest setting

It would be nice if the scrambled eggs were part of the actual buffet breakfast, like they used to be in the past, instead of having to order them explicitely each and every time. But really, this is just a tiny niggle, nothing serious.

I've stayed in this hotel so many times over the past six years or so, that frankly I now find it hard to tell what exactly it is that I love so much about it. It must be a combination of the big, bright atrium, the big and well furnished rooms, with plenty of storage spaces for an entire family and, most importantly, plenty of power outlets, the comfortable beds, the rich and delicious buffet breakfast, the reasonably priced underground parking, and last but not least, the extremely nice and helpful staff. Although some may find the location of the hotel a bit less attractive, I like it because it's very quiet, and besides, it's within a five minutes' walk from an underground station that's on a direct line to the Stephansdom, so it's actually very convenient as well. As an aside, last year, upon my remark that I liked the Jufa-branded neckties that the staff was wearing at the time, and after expressing my desire to buy one if possible, they were kind enough to offer me one as a gift. I now proudly wear it every time I'm at Jufa. In photo linked below it's me on the last day of my stay. I didn't like the fact that my wife's credit card wasn't accepted because I booked the room. It caused lot of annoying emails, phone calls and threats for cancelation. Being a Genius Level 3 on Booking meant nothing for the staff.

I liked the location which is nearby the Airport. The nightly rate is unbeatable for Vienna

No free parking - One would expect the possibility to park around the hotel as it’s outside the central area, forget about you don’t find anything.

Parking big enough and accessible ( expensive, the hotel is not in the city center) Staff is very nice and helpful, metro not far away and bus station very close. Breakfast good quality but not valued for the money.

The price of water in the shop hahahaha.

The room was just as I expected. It was very clean and styled nicely. The room was very spacious and it was not messy. The shower was really good, had perfect temperature and great pressure. The staff at reception were also very friendly, they assisted us a lot while staying. The breakfast in the morning was so nice, plenty of options and great food.
