The child playing facilities: they had books, some sort of slide, bouldering walll. on site was also a sort of museum about Brenner basis tunnel. breakfast buffet was great. we also paid for dinner buffet and was great.

Value for money and room rates were different when booking through Booking.com on various nights (I had booked a two night stay for myself and a friend and then had to book an extra night just for my friend as they would be arriving a day earlier - same room was used for all days of stay). The room rate for my friend was higher than the room rates for my two night stay. The hotel had no explanation for this at check out.

Hotel had an excellent breakfast which was included with the room rate.

It left us a bad feeling taste. We checked in, gave our keys, and when we entered the room, it was not ready. Si we have to go down back to the reception. There staff try to figure out what went wrong. The staff gave us complimentary dinner. Which was nice.

Water wasn’t included to the price. Breakfast could be better (more fresh vegetables, salat, greens, fruits, crepes)

Clean room with all necessary facilities. Parking is available for free. Fresh air. Good location, if we had more time we would have visited mountains as well - lift station is 3mins away by foot. Breakfast was okay. Restaurant (pizzeria) works late hours on site. There is a basketball/football court.

Room size. I knew what I was getting when I booked, but I still regretted it afterwards. However, if you're not just in transit like I was, the rest of the hotel facilities do make up for the small rooms.

Amazing facilities for kids. Playgrounds, climbing walls, kid's club, Brenner Base Tunnel museum in the buildling. Breakfast was really good except for the coffee.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We arrived very late (missing the latest check in time) but we called ahead and they organised a safe key collection for us. They were very accommodating.

There were a lot of families with lots of children, who are enjoying some local animation programme. It's fine if you don't mind them running down the corridors outside your hotel room and crowding the common areas. The breakfast is a very busy time and the staff have to work hard to make sure everything is topped up regularly, but they're doing their best.

The hotel is quite large with lots of rooms and good facilities. The convenience of staying there overnight to break up our long journey is unbeatable. It was clean, comfy, had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was okay, very busy with lots of families, good coffee. The bar area is very pleasant and we enjoyed a few drinks. Would probably stay again.

Bathroom light had no switch, automatically turned on--so plan on being blinded if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Inefficient layout had toilet in one closet, sink and shower in another. Twin bds were adjacent, but dare to throw a leg on the opposite bed and the beds would roll apart.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was surprisingly quiet despite being close to freeway.

In the standard room, the beds were small and had wheels without a brake, so they moved when moving. About without sound insulation. Emty ear.

Excelent place for overlook on the road to the south, in the area of trips adn skiing winter. Interesting exposure on the Brenner tunel. Excellent breakfast

our stay was just one night as a stopover. the hotel is close to the motorway so was very convenient. loads of facilities and a great little restaurant.

We had to wait to do the check-in as the room wasn't ready at 16:00 as expected. The two single beds move at any simple movement during the night which resulted in a hole in the middle. It would be great if you could give guests the option to choose a proper double bed. For us it was even more important since our daughter likes to sleep with us. The toiletries in the shower weren't filled up properly so after 2 showers we had no more shower gel.

Super kid friendly hotel, there were kids everywhere, there is a huge area for kids to play indoors plus a small are also for smaller kids (small kitchen). There are 3 outdoors playgrounds and also some books available for kids to read (all in German). The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 min away from the ski lift so we could avoid using the car the whole weekend which was great.

Yufa is very good if you travel with children. The pizza at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. :-) The parking in front of the hotel is free.

The bed was bad. In the middle there was a gap, which is not appropriate for king bed. The hotel is under the Brenner highway, but it was quiet.

Breakfast was amazing. There was a wafflemaker, where could you make your own fresh waffles. There were products without gluten and lactose, multiple choices of eveything.
