The gym was fantastic. The hotel is also very close to the ski lift and rental shop which made our experience seamless.

The whole experience at this hotel was amazing!

wow!!! Amazing hotel!!! Amazing staff, beautiful and well-kept place, amazing and warm atmosphere, the most varied breakfast I've ever seen!!! Large and clean rooms, parking space under the hotel I will definitely return to this hotel!!!

Misleading info on rooms at booking.com ("extra large double bed" was so small we had to upgrade the room at extra cost - although reception gave as a discount on that). Different options on booking.com implied we booked a larger and more expensive room, but in reality there were no rooms with smaller beds, and on hotel's own website different room categories are listed than on booking.com. Also our room was supposed to have mountain view, instead was facing another hotel wing. Booking.com says 300m to nearest lift, in reality its 800m, thats a real shame and deliberate misinformation, even though hotel's ski bus goes every 10 minutes. Although spa is nice and pool big enough to lightly swim, rest area is too small for the number of guests,all beds were always taken, or covered with used towels perhaps not removed often enough(?). Breakfast not bad, but mediocre in comparison to really good dinners. Main road is 15 meters away, train about 70-100 meters. Windows have decent sound insulation but with open windows the noise is too much (also annoying church bells early in the morning)

While unassuming from the outside, its a fantastic place overall. Staff extremally nice, well selected and trained, helpful and spreading good vibes. Exceptionally good restaurant (dinners) - top quality food. Incredible gym, with top machines, lots of weights, large glass walls. Very nice ambience, enourmous yet cosy bar/common area, with great blend of modern all glass and warm natural wood design, several fireplaces etc. Junior suite was nice, cosy, 2 large TV's. Wifi best so far, extremally fast (300+ mbit/s) and stable. We felt really good and relaxed throughout the stay

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable with nice balcony, beds comfy, staff super attentive and helpful. Pool and spa was also good. Location perfect - 7-8 minute walk to the center and lifts. Breakfast was also with lots of variety.

We didn't see any instructions on how to call reception/concierge from our room. Typically you dial 0 or 1 or hit a speed dial button, but neither worked and there was no label for the speed dial keys. Genuinely nothing to fuss about, just a small detail we noticed.

All staff members were exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Especially Lorena took great care of us during the check-in process as well as during the day as we bombarded her with questions. We were thankful for the upgrade we received and really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Breakfast was great, the spa was a wonderful escape for a few hours and the location was superb to just take a quick stroll through the city.

Big hotel. Croissants were not good at the breakfast. No pool bag in rooms. No coffee nor tea in the room (big draw back!). (No outside pool) Cheesy music in the saunas, and no windows. Nothing to eat at the spa, only water available. The relaxation area was a bit blend, not much decorated.

Nice alpen decor. Staff was all very nice. Beautiful deco at the bar. Lovely garden outside. Near the village. Would go back! Pool is very nice and big, perfect for swimming.

Just a neighbour on the room on top having the TV extremely loud until very late. I cannot make the hotel responsible for that, but we fell annoyed by that the last night. Also, balconies are not 100% private (you can see the neighbours through a net and they can see you). Despite that fact, we really enjoyed our time in the balcony as well and the espectacular views😍

Location, cleanliness, quietness, restaurant (excellent food, nice service and an amazing cook), breakfast, staff, massage. In general, our stay was one of the best I had in my life during a short holiday trip (3 nights). I can only recommend the place.

We have been coming here for over 15 years and have seen the hotel, which was always fabulous, improve on every visit. The most recent upgrade gives an even more elevated experience while keeping the cosy, friendly, alpine atmosphere. The staff are wonderful. Special thanks for waitresses Femke and Louise. Beds comfortable, rain shower exhilarating, Breakfast full of wonderful choices and a large array of tea. We love the location. 5 minutes walk into town but it is on the edge of town surrounded by trees and fields. Very peaceful. See you next year!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was amazing. Dinner in the hotel was top notch. We loved drinks in the lobby with live music. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had a phenomenal view. The spa was amazing. The location was great. We enjoyed walking around town and skiing. We bought our lift tickets from the front desk every morning and they helped us coordinate our ski rentals. The concierge had great restaurant recommendations. I can't say enough positive things about Kitzhof Resort. We would love to come back!

Nothing. Taxi/shuttle back to Munich was 350 Euro - one way! Ridiculous. Only downside of the trip.

Beautiful environment, very tastefully done, lovely atmosphere, pool area and outside relaxing and inviting. a lot of thought was given to make everything comfortable. service was very good and helpful and nothing was a problem. wonderful to be able to walk everywhere, shops restaurants , cable car etc.
