Great apartment in convenient location, 2min drive from ski lifts. We are family of four stayed in one bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and very clean. Small kitchen but fully equipped. Lovely hosts and great communication.

We were lucky that the apartement at the basement was empty during our stay so the place was super calm. The apartment is a bit timy but it has everything you need and the owner was very nice.

Fantastic accomodation, clean, close to everything (public transportation, grocery store etc.) , wonderful host - the list is long and could never stop. Everything was perfect, from the communication before our stay - to the very last second before we checked out. Super receptive, welcoming & flexible host that made us feel at home. We’re really recommending this accomodation and whould also come back at a later visit, probably for a longer stay!

There is only one bathroom, which could be a disadvantage for bigger groups.

There were a couple of minor issues: very cold (we were told the heat was turned off), the bathroom fan was constantly running, and a few others... but not worth mentioning

Overall, this was a nice apartment. Everything was spotless and our hostess was excellent: friendly and quite helpful. Overall, we had a good experience

The small apartment is located upstairs. It was not a problem for us, but some people might find it difficult to climb.

Very nice apartment. Small, but modern and cozy and perfect for two. Three minute walk from the bus stop, 10 min walk to the Areit express. The host is very friendly, responsive and and accommodating - thank you for the late checkout! Also thank you for prosecco and chocolate for the New Year! :)

The only concern I have is that the apartment was a bit small for 4 people. A very small kitchen, if you are eating out it's fine, but for cooking I would not recommend it.

Nice apartment and very friendly host. For a short stay in this area definitely recommended. Good internet connection and parking is available.

Lovely host who greeted us on arrival. Beautiful apartment with everything you could need, including a coffee machine and mini kitchen, which was perfect for making pasta, etc. There were plenty of plates, kitchen utensils and glasses available, and a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and warm and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Plus, extra blankets if needed. There were lots of towels and little extras included. It was nicely decorated, clean and easy to find everything you need. There were other guests, but it was extremely quiet and peaceful. It is very close to a bus stop and easy to get to and from Kaprun and Zell am See. Very easy to get to the Kitzsteinhorn, Schmitten and the Maiskogel for skiing. We would love to come and stay again.

Dijana is a perfect host, she made us feel welcome from the beginning en was very helpful, for instance when I forgot the key. The apartment is a good size, very clean and stocked with everything you might need and the bed were one of the best I have ever had on a vacation. The walk to the Areitbahn skilift is an easy mostly flat walk, and there is also a bus stop close by to get to the other lifts in the area. It was very quiet, and there quit a few bars and restaurants in the area, just far enough not to hear them ;-)
