Location, mountain view. Travelers may want to consider driving an extra 2–3 hours to northern Italy instead, staying at the final destination, enjoying a better breakfast and much better coffee ;)

This hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The lack of water and a kettle with tea in the room is a negative surprise. The quality of the bedding and pillows is below standard. The outdated décor and cobwebs near the bathroom windows do not reflect well on the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.

Carpeted walls

A bit like visiting my inlaws in the 1970s ... big pillows, carpeted walls and a lukewarm reception. Decent playground though

We arrived on a Monday to find out its online check-in and the restaurant is closed, fortunately we found a restaurant up the road could accommodate us for food

Big room, good self check in and check out

The breakfast was basic but good. Our room and bathroom was very nice and spacious (with a very comfortable bed) We found the location to be very relaxing and peaceful! The staff were very helpful, suggesting places to dine and also walking trails to try.

The family room was very large and comfortable.

Only 15 minutes from Innsbruck by car. Free parking, very clean room with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Peaceful location with incredible mountain views. Traditional style, lovely yard and terrace. Breakfast was tasty and OK for us.

Unfortunately, the entrance code didn’t work — we had the same issue mentioned in another review. Luckily, someone was still there before 22:00 to give us a key. Also, breakfast selection could be a bit wider for a 4* hotel.

No aircondition or not even a simple fan Very small balcony but also very wide but with only 2 chairs and a table even if the room was for at least three persons. Pillows was useless To much furnitures in the room Quite expensive room and food in the restaurant

Room was great, lovely view and the restaurant downstairs wasn't too bad either. Shower was great and super spacious. Parking on site.

No Aircon made it rough in the heat of summer but heaps of windows to open which worked okay. Bit remote out of town, more of a village vibe but cute.

I have been here already three-four times in last5 ys. Now somehow the breakfast was not as good as earlier, servise went bit down.

The size of the room was very generous and the location quiet and lovely. However, the hotel was not a 4* hotel (the only 4* element was the size of the room). Breakfast was average.

Hardly any staff present (you even do self-checkin at all hours) and the ones that were there (with the exception of the waiter at dinner) not very professional. The rooms - albeit very big - are a bit tired and not very comfortable. Pillow was as flat as a pancake.

Everything was good! It was amazing view from our room, so friendly staff and good breakfast, clean areal, good service.

Unusually late check-in and early check-out.

Lovely hotel. Great venue and lovely food.

One restaurant staff member was pretty poor. Surly, really slow, and with a lot of attitude. I'm normally slow to complain but this was really bad.
