The restaurant is opened only for 2 hours and the menu was only in German. The hotel only provided some hand soap and body lotion.

We arrived after check-in hours but we were provided with all the instructions to check-in. The hotel is in a nice quiet little town.

The property is just beautiful, located in a quiet area of Grobming. I liked the room which was large, very clean and cosy. The reception area with the fire place and sauna are great too!

Wifi was very poor and was an external one. The restaurant didn't really provide a variation of meals - same menu every night. The bar shut very early - when we arrived back one evening at 21:00 it was already closed. Bottle of water and a Coffee Café was advertised but not seen. The spa was also only open from 16:00 - 20:00.

Very friendly helpful staff - most of them spoke some English.

Scrambled eggs might be better. Wifi was working but sometimes disconnected.

Hotel is located in the small town but the location is very good. There is very good access to the ski area. The nearest big station Hauser Kaibling is maximum 15 minutes by car, but the road is great and there is no problem to drive. To Pilch is about 25-30 minutes by car. Hotel is not in the center but there is only walk distance to the center. The town is small, nice with some very good restaurants and some cafés and attractive shops. To be honest we are surprised because usually is hard to find good available restaurant in such towns in Austria. There is a lot of park places in the front of the hotel. There is also garage but very small. The staff very nice. The room are very clean, cosy and warm however looks quite worse than in the pictures. We were a little disappointed but every next day we get like it more and more. Very comfortable bed, big balcony. There is Wellness at the hotel. Good quality, very nice. We were attending every day with a pleasure. The breakfast is excellent. Various products, top quality and very tasty. Very good coffee and tea. Great bread. There is a restaurant in the hotel but with very short menu. This is not a regular restaurant but everything we ordered was good. We recommend starters (Austrian tapas), soups less. Generally are very satisfied, however the price is quite high.

No minibar or fridge in room. No kettle to make a cup of tea in the room. No room service of any kind. Difficult to obtain a glass of milk for the child inthe room or a cup of tea in the room after skiing. Remote location away from any alternative restauramt or source of food suitable for children. Car was vandalised (scratched with a key) over night in the hotel car park. Dinner menu limited and kitchen open for only a very short time 6-8 pm for ordering food. Inflexible and often rude (only) waiter/bar tender. No soap in room and limited supply of towels. No ventilation in the toilet room and no washing basin there either. A bit unhygenic.

    Nice breakfast, friendly receptionist.

It was a bit difficult to find when arriving late in the evening. The bathrooms could do with some renovation but everything was clean and functioned well.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Cosy rooms.

Some parts of the facilities are a bit dated. These areas will be shortly renovated which then should make it a really good hotel again

Helpful staff, nice setting. Cosy atmosphere in the hotel. Restaurant was very nice.

    - The price of the Half board (in fact only dinner as breakfast was included in the price of accommodation) of €20 was too much for what it was (but the dinner was delicious, but not worth €20). - The restaurant offered drinks and cocktails but never had any ice. Drinks like Hugo, Apperol Spritz cannot be served without ice. - There was no hotel's wifi as such, only the communal wifi run by the city council, which was not very strong and was not unlimited.

    - Excellent Breakfast, Sauna Facility - Excellent staff and very helpful, able to give us advice. - Very clean rooms and comfortable beds
