The bed was too close to the door and there was a noise from the corridor

Friendly stuff, good breakfast, the room was large and comfortable, nice view from the window

A fantastic setting overlooking green fields to the South and surrounded by mountains. We were woken up in the early morning hours by mating calls of Deers in the nearby woods, maybe not such a positive thing if you like to sleep in, but surely evidence enough for nature lovers that, you're in the right place.

A welcoming Alpine Hotel with breathtaking mountain views and a superb restaurant. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Maria in particular was extremely helpful and moved us to a front room when we asked and had a great sense of humour that made our stay very enjoyable.

Not a problem for us, but the hotel doesn't have a lift.

Large rooms with balcony. Wonderful view from our balcony. Very good breakfast. Large meadow with benches and an outdoor swimming pool belonging to the hotel.

Room on 3rd floor and no lift! They say they are installing one soon! They should then this would be perfect hotel.

Quiet alpine hotel situated up a mountain road just outside Imst - could feel a bit remote but is very peaceful. We were only there overnight so location not really an issue. Lovely big room with seating area and large bathroom - lots of natural wood - a real alpine chalet feel. Comfortable and very clean. Hotel had a large wedding taking place (it was a summer Saturday!) but made sure we were not bothered by the event (we hardly heard it) and allocated a separate area of restaurant for hotel guests and waiting staff were attentive. Food was very good with plenty of choice and not expensive - just as well as there are no other restaurants nearby. Extensive grounds with beautiful natural lake for swimming as well as indoor pool. Breakfast which was included in rate was also very good - usual buffet but plentiful and fresh. This would be a great place to recharge your batteries and walk on the mountain trails but be reasonably close to town and not far from Innsbruck - hotel seems to organise various trips and activities every day - sadly we did not have time for that.

Staff and staff attitude is horrible. I actually had one of the waiters grab a cup of coffee right out of my hand because it was beyond the breakfast hour. The staffing there needs a complete redo and the service is TERRIBLE. Would not recommend this location to anyone!

Food was good but often it took an hour to receive a meal.

The location was isolated but accessible by car. The rooms did not have any energy saving facility.

The Location offers stunning views of the alps and is well worth the money. The little lake is very nice for addults as well as kids. There is plenty of space on which kids can play within the view from the Restaurant.

It would have been nice if there had been a guest lounge for relaxing in the evening.

It is a charming chalet-style building with breathtaking views across a sloping lawn and frozen pond to nearby snow-covered mountains and wooded hills. Its facilities include a pool, tennis courts and a kids' club, which our grandchildren enjoyed. Meals were generous and enjoyable and the staff was helpful. Rooms were simple with Tyrolean decor and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Off the main road up a mountain. On one hand terrific location off the beaten track, on the other (we were cycling!) not easy to get to at the end of a long day on the bike. also terrific: small lake in front of the hotel

No elevator, cold pool, most employees did not speak English.

Nice restaurant, well suited for kids. Plenty of parking. Only 15 minutes from the ski slopes. Very nice child-friendly hotel.

Swimming pool was too cold for adults to want to swim. Staff could have been more friendly. Was a 15 minute drive to the ski hill.

Food was great, dining room was nice, playroom had great equipment for entertaining the older children, rooms were spacious, property was away from traffic and had plenty of wide open space for kids to play. Rooms and pool area were clean.

It's out from the city, about 2 km from center . You must have a car. But driving was very easy.

    Quiet, nice room, in nature.
