The showers are terrible. There should be a walk-in shower but there is not. It’s a bathtub that is high, difficult to get in and out and with a very complex shower head system.

Location, amazing setting, fantastic breakfasts, good rooms. Winery.

Everything , the room was lovely & spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the pool , a huge bathroom .The breakfast that was included in our Tarif was the best with lots to choose from. We loved the 2 pools , one a natural one complete with frogs. loved a massage at the spa , & the staff were very helpful too.

I was given the wrong meal at dinner. It was still delicious but you would think there would be some discount or something. I decided to just eat it because it took so long for it to come out. I didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to cook the correct dish for me. The pool is heated but still quite cold (we were there in January). It could be a few degrees warmer.

Very clean rooms. Food was spectacular. Wine selection is nice. Our room was quite large. The pool and spa area is spacious. I got a massage and a facial. Both were amazing. The surrounding area is quite nice.

Restaurant occupied for both days of our stay. Make reservation ahead prior your arrival! No room cleaning for two night stay.

no coffee machine in rooms, no seating in room, menu in restaurant could have been more varied, staff could have been a little more proactive - ie asked about vineyard hike and haven’t been told about options to prebook wine safe which would have enhanced experience greatly

I have been in the Loisum Hotel already for 25 times in 6 years ( about). Since then it has change a lot. Especially the service, the rooms and the food. And the management a few times as the service people. We have had 154 room with absolutely no warm atmosphere. The half of the room was just useless with no furniture. There was just one small sofa. The empty space was there really strange. It was like living in the cave and they call that room even Prestige, with the view on the garbage storage. Prestige rooms use to be the ones with the wine cellar view. That's why I book it... The service wasn't just enough for the amount of people. I know that it is hard to find professional people in gastronomy actually, but even that the ones what were there did try hard. They just look too tired and not concentrated. The food got worth on the quality. The best what I have had there was the green leaves salad. This one I have had two times instead of the main course. The evening Menu is not enough to choose. The Millefeuille desert was made from pre- baked dough and with some vanilla strange structure cream with no taste. Like from the movie "The wing and the Thigh" :-) You can eat much better in some Heurige restaurants in Langenlois or nearby what we after the experience did. Nevertheless, we love the place and the building of the old hotel part as it was designed by Steven Hall and we have a hope that will all go better again.:-) We shouldn't have any expectations in advance so our stay could be better, maybe.

I cannot think of anything negative

Everything was excellent and we enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot! Hotel itself is very nice, rooms as well, very clean and spacious with a great view to vineyards. We loved that fact that we could freely go to the spa area anytime we wanted to. Food and wine in hotel restaurant is great as well. Breakfast was fantastic! I really hope to be back!

I have selected the hotel due to the SPA facility and treatments, unfortunately there wad no available opportunities so i can not comment on SPA, (the hotel was full and looks like the availability of therapist is limitted).

The breakfast, the Hotel is very unique , a modern building in a middle of a vineyard, looks great, Staff very friendly, 5 minutes walk you are in the village with many eating option. The free parking is an advantage.
