Very Spartan room... No cattle, no air con, no fridge... Ok for one night but not for a vacation. No lobby to seat.

In front of the cathedral. Clean, super comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, and they have a lift! Got a room with view, see the photos. I rate it 8.5 because of the view.

The hot water in the shower took a long time to come.

The location right next to the Basilika was unbeatable. Nice view from the room across the main square. The staff was very friendly. The room was narrow, but everything was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the little terrace in the evening.

- some cold wind from window area (isolation) and some gap in a doorway - make the room temperature lower - there is no fence in bath (water from the shower can be on the floor) - lack of tea kettle in a room

Very good location in the main square and the hotel has a perfect atmosphere which fits into the great vibe of the beautiful Mariazell. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast!

Mattress is a bit too soft for us, but still, we slept like babies.

The hotel is in the city center, right across from basilica, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent (13€ per person in 10/2024), parking is available and free.

A lot of dust in the room, could have been cleaned a little bit better.

Excellent location, right in the center of Mariazell. Parking for the car is available nearby for free. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Bathroom was small, especially between sink and toilette. A smaller sink would improve the size of the bathroom. Some storage for cosmetics would be helpful.

The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room overlooking the City Square. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the Basilika other restaurants and the supermarket. Breakfast and coffee were delicious.I liked the bar, where we could have a drink before going to bed. Nice view from terrace.
