I enjoyed the breakfasts and variety of food available.The only real issue was with the flies buzzing around as I ate and settling on my cereal bowl and coffee cup-could something be done about this?

Nice comfortable room with seating area and views across the valley to the mountains.Bed was fine also.

The hotel was easy to find and to park the car. We stayed in May, so not ski season, and didn’t really have the chance to explore locally. The hotel is extremely comfortable and welcoming. Take slippers - no outdoor shoes upstairs. We are in the restaurant which was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

It is not cheap, howevere probably none of the hotels in this very popular reagion are and you completly get your money's worth. Would I book again. Yes, definitely.

I was visiting the hotel during low-season. Consequently I didn't meet any of the staff personally. However check-in was flawless via key-box. I had received an upgrade by booking. The room I was staying in excelled my expectations: It was very spacious. Bad had a great mattress. All the interior was very new. I really liked the room at the ground floor, where you could store your bike. There are enough parking spaces behind the hous to leave your car, since you probably won't need it. The location is great. Everything (restaurqant, shops, supermarket) are within walking distance and if you have a bike, there is no further need of a car.

- Official emails / communication was in German instead of English. This was a generalized problem in Ehrwald (all the menus in German etc), but I think that hotels should use English as their official language for communication with tourists. - There could be some complimentary coffee/tea in the room like you find in most hotels.

- Nicely located near the center. Walking distance from most restaurants and bars and the bus station which will take you to the main ski lift. - Even though everything was in German (no English menus, no English emails) the staff were always pleasant, always trying to communicate in English and always with a smile. Compliments for that! We felt very welcomed. - Very festive decorations and Christmas-sy spirit! The owners really did their best to decorate it and we loved it! - Spacious room, warm temperature, nice spacious shower. - Decent breakfast (could be richer)

This is just a personal thing but I don't like being in areas where people smoke and unfortunately while I was at the hotel quite a few people smoked on the terrace so really I had to stay indoors when eating or having a drink.

I had a very spacious single room which had everything I needed. The option of Thai food was also very welcome and the dishes I had were very nice.

Check in process was complex, i had to look for a safe with the keys which was not easy to find in the darkness. I could not check out at the time i requested and had to wait, with the risk of the ski resort parking possibly getting full.

Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, a bit noisy as on the highway, breakfast ok but not great.

Located in a beautiful town, nice beer garden, cute rooms, tasty Thai food options for dinner.

Rooms were really warm, and due to its location right on the road you couldn't keep the windows open to let in cooler air during the night because of passing traffic throughout the night. I didn't sleep at all well for either night I stayed. And I also didn't find the pillow very comfortable.
