Door lock on street tricky.

The location is perfect, one block from Opera House, 50m from hop on hop off, 2 blocks from supermarket, cafes & restaurants close by. Murphy beds are great as give lots of space during the day. Little kitchen has everything you need. I would advise everyone to use airport pickup as it is seamless and means no hassle to get there (and an inclusive drop off at station on departure)

The air conditioner on the second floor sometimes didn't work.

The apartment is perfectly located in Karlsplatz, with restaurants, cafes, and supermarket nearby. There is a fantastic view on the Karlskirch. It was fully equipped with anything needed, with a great kitchen to cook in and a balcony with a view. The housekeeper is really nice and helpful.

The air conditioner near the bedroom upstairs worked, but not cooled.

The location was easy to navigate, the host came in 5 min after we arrived, he was very friendly and instructive. The apartment is clean cosy, fully equipped with everything in the kitchen and a washing machine. The bedroom is located upstairs, may be not easy for elderly people to go up and down. Top floor, great view to the park and the city. Very central location in Vienna, 200 m to U1 subway station. We really enjoyed this stay.

The bathroom is workable, but a bit restrictive. The fold out beds were roomy and easy to use, but the mattresses seemed to sag a bit inthe middle. They are probably due to be upgraded.

It was as described, cosy. However, every thought had been given to making it comfortable and workable. The additional extras were many, coffee, filter and pods, tea, oil for cooking if you wished, extra towels.etc. The location was fantastic, close to everything, metro, shopping, restaurants, tour buses, the opera, cathedral...We would certainly stay there again. We were also given complimentary transport to the Wien Hbf on the morning of our departure. A very kind gesture.

Nothing really i can think of for this place!

The apartment is located in a very central looking on Karlsplatz so you are literally in the center of Vienna city center. The building is a neat, clean, and highly appointed property with an elevator, which is always a plus in Europe. The apartment was spacious and modernly furnished with all the amenities you might need for a short or long stay. it was a duplex with the bedroom upstairs and the kitchen, toilet, shower room and living area downstairs. This was not my first visit to Vienna, so i had stayed in many apartments around the city, but this property really surpassed all of my other stays in terms of quality, space, amenities or location. In this central location, you will find all the supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and historical sites you may want to visit within minutes of walking distance. Above all, the customer service representative Mr. Atis was super friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs throughout my stay. His exemplary customer service made my stay even more special, right from the timely check-in procedure with a detailed description of the property and all the amenities one might need to the communication during my departure from the apartment ... it was just pure excellence in customer service. One thing you should note in case you decided to stay with them is that they charge 100 euros in cash as a deposit which they collect upon check-in and hand it back to you during checkout, which is not an issue taking the level of luxury and comfort of that property, just a note for future guests to have that amount ready in cash upon checkin.

Nothing really to report. The wall bed is not the most confortable option, but it was a good solution to manage the available space.

The location almost close to the the city center. The room services was quite complete (dishes and Washing machines included). Good the streaming services even if not so easy to use them (but we didn’t care about this). The host was extremely kind and available to help us.

It wasn’t a problem for us but there are stairs to get to the lift and in the apartment, you need to go up the stairs (2nd floor) to access the kitchen & dining area. May be a problem for people with mobility issues. You need to give the host a €100 bond which will be returned to you after the host checks that the apartment is tidy before check out.

The apartment we had was excellent. It was on the top floor with a beautiful view. Location was perfect close to Vienna Hbf, underground train station, tram, cab rank, shops, restaurants, Spar for groceries, museums & St Stephen’s Cathedral. The apartment is spacious, comfy, clean & well equipped with everything a traveller needs. The host was wonderful and she allowed us to check-in early. Check out is up to 12:00 pm which is great.

We were met at the apartment and shown around, and also given some local info. Is was clean, bright, quiet and spacious. The location is superb and very well connected to public transport. We would definitely stay here again when in Vienna.

Airy, spacious penthouse apartment with amazing views. Great amenities. The Christmas tree and vinyl player were nice touches! Good location only a few steps from U-bahn station. The host checked in during the stay to make sure everything was ok!
