The only complaints we had are related to the bathrooms: - the bathroom with the shower, the one in the main bedroom could have used a trash can - and the other bathroom had a really small sink which made it quite hard to use without spilling water on the floor.

The apartment was nicely arranged, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including a hair dryer and a coffee machine. The self check in system was great and really easy to utilise and the apartment was close to public transport stations which made it extremely convenient to get anywhere in the city. We had a Billa really close by and some really good and affordable places to eat.

The bedrooms didn’t have blinds or curtains, only a minor issue as on the top floor.

Usually tourism is in the summer and here the sun is bright and the windows are facing east without curtains so the sun rays enter the rooms which forces us to get up early. The owner does not respond to messages even though he wrote his phone number and the name of the person to contact... Also there are some simple and important things for the guest if the owner takes care of them he will get the highest rating.

The apartment is located close to the transportation starting point and the building is well defined and has an elevator. The apartment is very clean and new and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and easily accessible. I really loved the interior design and the modern building itself. Inside, there was a list of emergency contacts, which is really helpful. The location was perfect - just a 2–5 minute walk to the tram station, and the city center was also very close. I would definitely love to stay here again!

sofa in the living room is a bit small for sleeping of 2 teenagers or adult people. Can be a good fit for 1 person or 2 kids.

Apartment has nice location, easy to get to the railway, airport or city centre. It was super clean, very good quality of linen, quite big so we felt comfortable with the family of 4 people.

About 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 2,2 km from the CBD but very well connected. We usually walked one way via interesting streets or via Belvedere and took a tram the other way. Good communication. Many supermarkets close by. Quiet apartment.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and often the signal disappeared completely. I wish there was some area near the door to hang your coat and leave shoes.

The building work was not quite finished. There was exposed wiring in the bedroom and almost complete absence of hooks to hang clothes, towels etc.

It was clean and new. In fact the builders were still in the building. The tram stop was very close by.

Overall, a very nice flat, with some minor quirks that other reviews also mentioned - e.g., Wifi isn’t the most stable. The shower cabin needs better insulation, as the bathroom floors gets all wet… No place to hang clothes…. But nothing too serious!

Freshly renovated, clean, and comfortable flat with good transport connections! Checkin was very easy, and everything went smoothly. I was assigned a unit on the ground floor facing the street, and yet it was very calm and quiet. The bed and the bedding are exceptionally comfortable! I had a very nice stay, thanks!

While we appreciated the location and cleanliness of the apartment, there were several aspects that didn’t meet our expectations, especially given that the property is advertised as a deluxe apartment. To begin with, although there are two bathrooms — one with a shower and the other just a toilet — basic amenities were lacking. For example, there was no soap provided in the toilet, and there were no shelves or storage space in the shower to place toiletries. The bathrooms each had only one small hook, making it difficult to hang or dry towels, which we ended up placing on chairs. There were also no wall hangers or coat racks in the apartment, so we had nowhere to hang jackets or outerwear other than draping them over chairs. Storage overall was very limited: there was just one small closet, already filled with spare bedding, leaving us no space for our own clothes — we had to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay. The kitchen was basically equipped, but we were surprised to find even simple essentials like salt missing. We purchased some and left it behind for future guests. Another inconvenience was the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable — it frequently lost connection and only worked intermittently. Lighting in the apartment could also be improved. There were no bedside or standing lamps, so we had to rely on the main ceiling lights, which wasn’t ideal during the night. The sofa bed was fairly comfortable but only suitable for a small person or child; it would not accommodate anyone taller than 180 cm. Lastly, we found the pillows too large and firm for comfort — we ended up not using them or opting for the smaller ones from the sofa. Overall, while the apartment has potential and would be fine for a short stay, we expected a higher level of comfort and convenience from a property marketed as deluxe. With some thoughtful improvements, it could truly live up to that description.

We had a nice stay at this apartment — the location was exactly what we were looking for. It's situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with supermarkets nearby and within easy reach of the main train station and the city center. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. After three days, we appreciated having fresh towels provided. It was also comfortably warm with plenty of natural light coming in through the windows. Overall, a nice place to stay!

It didn't bother us but the road noise can be quite loud during busy times, when the windows are open.

Everything was great with this apartment. I chose this area because I already know the neighbourhood and it was the best choice. You are close to everything, subway is 2 minutes walk away, the place is incredibly comfortable and clean. It’s a quiet area, you have everything you may need for your stay. Internet didn’t work so well but it wasn’t a problem for us.
