I loved my stay here while in Vienna! Exceptional breakfast that they have in the mornings. The beds were quite comfortable as well. Its a bit of a walk to a lot of the main attractions but totally doable.

The towels could have been bigger, and we didn't like the heating system which appeared to be regulated from a central point. We turned the radiator off but it got hot in the evening and all during the night, making the room far too hot for comfortable sleep.

We loved the location, the size of yhe rooms and the breakfasts.

No ramp out front to make getting luggage to or from the lobby easier. No staff to assist.

Lack of basic things such as large towels, robes, slippers. I ordered a transfer from the airport and back, twice they were late.

We booked a quiet room. The front desk thought because the room was located at a higher floor things would be quieter. We had to ask to be moved because the noise was too much. The front desk personnel were understanding and moved us to a quiet room.

The personnel at the front desk were very helpful with directions on where places were and transportation to get to those ares of interest. They stored our luggage till our room was ready. The location was very good!

Honestly nothing. All my expectations and requirements were met.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was really spaceous and the location was great. Walking distance to a lot of museums and main shop roads but also 5 minutes walking distance from Volkstheater Metro station. The staff was really polite, the rooms were clean and smelled good and I had a great time in that hotel. I would certainly stay there again when I come back in Vienna.

We stayed for five days and left very pleased. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very quiet, cleaned and refreshed every day, well furnished, efficient closet space, bed/pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Our room was on top floor and had a great view of the museum quarter. Overall it has a great price/performance ratio.

Noisy from local venues as people strolled past in teh early hours of hte morning, also trash pick up occurred outside early in the morning. But - all part of urban living.

Room was lovely, clean, well sized and comfortable beds with pleasant bathroom. Useful to have the small refrigerator too.

The room was clean but quite simple and showed signs of age. However, it was still maintained well and kept tidy.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs nearby, yet it remains quiet at night. The breakfast was great, and the staff at the breakfast were amazing. The sauna and gym were a nice addition, and we really enjoyed the sauna. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
